Philip was over at [name]'s house and [name] had blurted out to his dad that he and Philip were dating. Philip slowly looked up, not believing that [name] had actually just said that.
They had discussed doing it but [name] always said he didn't want to and Philip was okay with that. He would stay with him even if he was still in the closet.
"You think I don't already know." [name]'s dad laughed, patting [name] on the shoulder. "You're not sneaky boys. I've known for quite a while now. I was seeing how long it would take for you to tell me."
"Oh." [name] said, eyes wide. "Um, that's good."
