9. Roses and mint.

Elijah's P.O.V:

She buried her head in my neck. And started crying. I don't know for how long she cried but right now she's asleep.
My house is kinda far from where she lives so it will take me an hour to reach there.
I don't mind carrying her on my back because she basically got no weight.

After an hour

As soon as I stopped in I told the house servants to prepare a warm bath for raven.
My butler was shocked because I don't usually do that for the girls I come home with.

I walk into my room and slightly lay raven on my kind size bed but the grip of her arms around my neck was strong so it pulled me back a little.

'that's a little too strong for someone as fragile as her' I whisper to my self.

I look at her for a few seconds and walk away Into my closet.
I need to find some oversized hoodies and some... Um shorts for her. Uh that will be. A little too personal but I want her to be comfortable. And my every hoodie is oversized for her.

I am going to stuff her with so much food that she might gain fifteen kg in one day.
For that I ordered up two large pizzas, three tubs of different flavour ice creams but only one cookie crunch because that's my favorite.
I remember how mum used to run around the house with me because I was a little troubled kid and ways refused to eat. But she always bribed me with the cookie crunch ice cream.

After i took a bath, I lay down on the floor as my bed is occupied by a girl with raven black hair.
Whenever I brought girls home we would always go to the guest room. Not a single one of them saw my room. They weren't even allowed to tell me that they want to do it in my room because then I'd kick them out.

Ravens the first girl I carried in my room and I don't mind that.
I turn towards her and look at her face.
She's beautiful.
I start taking in every detail of her face because after my mother she's the only one I found beautiful.

While I was busy staring at her face. She opens up her eyes slightly and her black eyes meet my green eyes.

Raven's P. O. V:

I woke up from my first peaceful sleep in years, trying to take in the surroundings and figure out where I am.

Because my bed is not this comfortable and my blanket never felt so warm.

And
Suddenly
His eyes meet mine
He's staring at me with those deep green eyes.

I want to look away but I can't, my heart wants to keep staring because they are the first pair of eyes that made me feel safe.

And now I remember

how he saved me from that monster who carried nothing but lust in his eyes.

How he saved me from my own self.

How he let me cry my heart out and promised that I won't ever cry again.

"you're up" he says while I was lost in my thoughts

"yes" I reply back trying to get up and out from the bed.
"I am sorry, I took your bed" I apologize as I realize that hes on the floor.

"it's okay, I don't use the bed mostly" he shrugs.

"oh" I want to ask why but then I realize that I'm in no position to ask that.

"go and take a bath."

"what? "

"a bath."

"but I don't have any clothes with me" trying to back out from the situation.
