Dark Island, Kai's P.O.V.

We had arrived on the Dark Island only a few days ago, and low and behold, the island was

crawling with Stone Warriors. I was keeping watch to make sure that the Stone Army didn't get

too close to the Bounty, which was covered in sand. Running back to our secret camp I went to

talk with the guys. "This whole island is swarming with Garmadon's indestructible Stone Army," I

explained as they shoveled more sand onto the Bounty. "Ha! Good thing that we're ninja and

know how to hide," Jay chirped happily, placing a palm tree leaf on a wooden support. "Who

wants to hide when you can fight? I'm getting tired of having our heads buried in the sand. I

wanna beat these guys," Cole exclaimed angrily, throwing the shovel he was using to the

ground. "But Cole, they appear to have no apparent weakness. It would be unwise to start a

fight that we cannot finish," Zane explained calmly, trying to ease the tension. "That is why we

must find the Temple of Light," Sensei explained, before we all headed inside the Bounty and get

some more information on why the Temple of Light is so important.

On bridge of Bounty, still Kai's P.O.V.

"The scrolls say there is a hidden temple on the island. If you find it, it will give the ninja pure

elemental powers, powers that can destroy the indestructible army," Misako explained, as we all

surrounded the table she was sitting at. "So you're saying we get to fight? Ooh! I've got happy

feet!" Cole cheered, getting really excited about the chance of finally getting a chance to fight

the Stone Army without any problems. "And you, my son, here it is written: 'For once the Green

Ninja finds the instrument of peace, he will strike it and know the power of the Ultimate

Spinjitzu Master'," Misako explained to Lloyd, pointing to an open scroll on the table. "'Ultimate

Spinjitzu Master'?" Lloyd asked, with a sense of wonder in his eyes. "It means you'll be able to

invoke the power of the Golden Dragon, an art style only practiced by the First Spinjitzu Master,"

Misako continued. I couldn't believe it, Lloyd, the son of Lord Garmadon was going to be able to

use a technic only practiced by the First Spinjitzu Master? Come on! "Ha, ha, ha. Jealous?" he

mocked us. "Wait a minute. This all sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?" I interrupted

suspicious of this amazing temple. "The catch is, the Temple of Light could be located anywhere

on the island, and all we have is this," Sensei said, pulling out some sort of weird looking

medallion. "A medallion. It's like a compass. When all three holes match up, the medallion will

reveal where the temple is hidden," Zane's father, also known as Dr. Julien explained, looking at

the medallion. "Uh, how'd you know that?" Jay question suspiciously. "Oh, I did a lot of reading

in my spare time. Adventure stories were my favorite," the man chuckled, handing Zane the
