Celestial Clock, Garmadon's P.O.V.

"The clock is only a few hours away from finishing its countdown to the final battle between

good and evil, Garmadon," the Overlord rejoiced. "Why so sad?" he asked in concern, seeing the worry in

my eyes. "Me? Sad? Ha! Nonsense! I couldn't be happier," I shouted, even though, I knew that I

was lying and that I couldn't hide it forever. "It's just..." I tried to continue sadly. "Lloyd," the

Overlord hissed. "I still have to battle my son in order to transform Ninjago into my image," I

worried. "Battle and defeat, if evil is to prevail," the Overlord growled angrily, at my worry. I

couldn't listen to another word and left the spirit alone, on top of the mountain.

Dark Island beach, Cole's P.O.V.

It was a warm and sunny afternoon, the guys and I were chilling on the beach, as everyone else

stayed hidden at the camp. "Order up: Coconut cream pie, served well done!" Kai exclaimed, as

he exploded another coconut with his new fireblade. "It is good to have our powers back," Zane

cheered. "Yup, you're right," Jay chirped. "And since we've all been working on our witty quips to

follow every cool thing we do, I'd say we got this final battle in the bag. Or should I say... I'd be

shocked if we lose," he continued as I threw a coconut into the air, and Jay zapped it with his

blade. "Enough!" we heard our Sensei call loudly, surprising us from our enjoyment. "Are you

trying to reveal our hidden location?" he said, as he stood a top of a hill, with Misako. "Uh, sorry,

Sensei. We were just practicing our cool new elemental blades and powers," Kai apologized.

"And our witty quips," Jay added. "Be wary of overconfidence, ninja," he warned. "While it is true

your powers can defeat the Stone Army, only Lloyd alone has the power to defeat Garmadon,"

our sensei explained, as she looked back onto the camp, where Lloyd hid. We stared at him with

shock and interest, he never calls Garmadon, Garmadon, it's always 'my father' or more often,

'father'. "When it is all over, then we will see who laughs last," Sensei finished, as we bowed and

he left back to the camp. "Yes, Sensei," we all responded firmly.

Camp, Lloyd's P.O.V.

Dr. Julien was fixing Zane's damaged falcon friend, and I was watching. "Every cog, every gear is

important. If one piece is missing or out of place the invention won't work," Dr. Julian explained

to me. "Come on, little one. Time to fly," he said to the falcon, as it flew away from us. "It is like

you, ninja. You each serve very important roles, and are each key parts to a magnificent fighting

force," my uncle explained, as he and Misako walked towards us. "If we're all gears, what if I'm

the gear that doesn't work? What if I don't do my part? What if I can't defeat my father?" I

worried. "What if there are no more, what if's?" Wu queered. "The final battle is almost upon us.
