"y-yes? to what?" jaemin was confused.

yeseul smiled, "you really don't know? yet you were the one who told me first?"

he shakes his head. she takes a step closer to him.

"this is what i mean."

she cupped his face as she brought her lips to his.

jaemin felt fireworks were exploding in his stomach. he was beyond happy.

he kissed back lovingly. wrapping his arms around her waist.

and in that moment, jaemin knew she was finally his and he was finally hers.

they slowly pulled away as they both smiled contently.

"y-you, you like me back," he stuttered.

he hugged her tightly, "thank you."

they pulled away.

"you've quit your smoking right? you better have," she said in a serious tone.

"mhm," he nodded as she smiled.

"yeseul-ah."

"hm?" she said.

"to really confirm...will you be mine?"

"you already know," she pecked his lips.

a sudden teardrop fell from the dark sky and soon it was raining as hard as ever.

jaemin grabbed her hand as they ran home.

jaemin brought her to his house first. she was wearing a new hoodie, and it was jaemin's.

"why'd you bring me to your house?" she pulled the strings of the hoodie.

"because i want to spend time with you more, why? can i not?" he said.

she laughed, "ok ok."

"you know i've loved you for so long but you never even realised the hints i were giving you since start of high school," he pouted.

"since start of high school?!" she said as he nodded.

"wow, i'm pretty dense aren't i?" she said.

"it doesn't matter now, because i am finally with you," he grinned.

"so cheesy," she curled her fingers into a fist.

"well, that's me for you angel," he winked.

which sent shivers to her spine.

yoojin was near the front gates of the school when she saw jaemin and yeseul. she was happy, but something inside her was still hurting.

she felt an arm on her shoulder. she turned to see jeno, the boy who was currently trying to win her heart.

"are you okay?" he asked, worried.

"yeah," she replied.

"you're not," he pouted.

and that little action of his, made her heart jump.

"is it because of them?" he pointed at the two.

she shaked her head.

"don't liee," he said.
