Elsa's POV

It is currently 5 am as I am the only one awake. I change into my workout attire and then head downstairs into the kitchen and grab a bar and my water bottle and head out for a morning run. I plug in my headphones and give the school a call first to excuse our absences. I let them know that we will be back tomorrow and today we were going to get some rest in. After that, I play my music as I start my stretches. After 5 minutes for stretching, I start my run. This went on for about an hour and 30 minutes. I then slow down to a walking pace and head back home. I punch in the code and head inside after I close the gates.

I refilled my water bottle and head to the gym that was downstairs in the basement. I do some stretches again and then do 25 sit-ups, 25 crunches, 25 rotating knee crunches, etc. After that I did about 30 jumping jacks, 45 squats, 20 pull ups, etc. Then I did about 45 pushups and finally planks for about 5 minutes. I took mini breaks in between all of this, but let me just tell you, I feel so alive after all of that. I finished my water bottle and luckily I had a few extra down here. I refill them all and put them back to where they were and tale my personal one back upstairs, clean it and refill it before putting it back in the fridge. This whole thing took about another hour.

I head upstairs to my room and just grab a flannel shirt with jeans and my undergarments as well as a towel. I head to my personal bathroom and turn on the hot water in the standing shower and step in after I strip out of my clothes. I relax my muscles and get cleaned up, after I am done which is about a half an hour. I get out and dry myself off and do my usual routine after I shower and before I get dressed. After everything is done I set my clothes in the laundry basket and head into the kitchen to make everyone breakfast as it is 8:15 now. Soon I hear multiple shuffling upstairs as I finish setting up the table. In about five minutes everyone except Alex is down here. We all great each other and I give Hans a kiss. After that, I head upstairs and go into Alex's room and check out what she is doing. I find her sleeping with a her brows furrowed and her muttering things under her breath. I rush up to her sitting next to her and softly shake and speak to wake her up.

Me: Alex, hey, wake up. Whatever it is your dreaming about is not real. Wake up love, I'm right here. Alex, hun wake up, I'm right here. *shaking her continuing trying to wake her up*

Alex: *muttering in sleep* stay away. Leave them alone. They have nothing to with this. This is just between you and I, not them.

Me: Alexandra, wake up. Whatever it is, is just a dream and is not real. Hey, fight this and break out of it. Come on, I'm right here, next to you, not anywhere else. Alex, wake up.

Alex: *jumps awake* STOP!!!

I pull her into a hug, just as she starts sobbing. We stay like this for a few minutes as I let her to calm down and get her breathing back to normal. Soon it because silent, not the awkward type but the comforting type. Later she speaks up.

Alex: I lost them and it is all my fault. If I had done what they said the first time then none of this would have happened... *trails off*

Me: Wait, your still having night terrors about that still? Did you ever go see someone about it? Did this ever stop somewhere the middle?

Alex: Yes, I'm still having these night terrors even tho I happened years ago. No, I never went to see anyone about this. I had about a week worth the break from it, but it never completely left. Can we worry about this later, cause I'm starving.

Me: After breakfast you and I are having a long talk about this. You are not gonna go through this alone. You have suffered long enough already. I don't want you to keep doing this to yourself because you are afraid to go and ask for help in these types of situations.
