It was Saturday you were so tired from not falling asleep the night before, your eyes hurt. You got up and didn’t bother checking your phone, you were too afraid you were going to get let down so you went downstairs made some pancakes and looked at a magazine. You read through the “Dating” and “Make-up” section, and then you got to the music section, in big bold letters you read, “Next Big British Boy band?”
You continued reading the article about the 5 boys who called themselves One Direction, strange name you thought. You read more and more about them, and then you turned the page to a poster of them.
You: OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD?! NIALL FROM NANDOS?!
You called you best friend: Oh my gosh Celia you know that really cute boy that we saw at work yesterday?!
Celia: yeah babe? What about him?
You: you know about that new Boy band one direction?
Celia: I guess! I know they were on x-factor! Where are you going with this?
You: Niall is in the band, NANDOS BOY IS IN THE BAND. I have to go! I can’t breathe!
Your friend: Alright! That is CRAZY! Text me babe bye!
You hung up the phone, by now you were shaking. You ran up the stairs dove on your bed and checked your phone:
*1NEWMESSAGE: UNKNOWN*
You took a deep breath, “Okay keep your cool this could be anyone…”
You opened the message and read,
Hey babe it’s Nando’s boy :)
Your eyes went enormous! You dropped your phone and starting pacing, “Oh my god this is not real! This isn’t real! Why would a boy from the “Biggest British Boy band” want to text me? I work at Nando’s! I’m nothing special. Oh my god?! Should I text him back? Oh my goodness Shelby doesn’t be an idiot yes you should!”
You picked up your phone and put his number under as “Nando’s Boy :)”
You texted him back: Oh hey stranger :)
2 minutes later you got a reply back.
Niall: Any chance you have the day off? :)
You: As a matter of fact I do :)
Niall: Does films at my house sound good? :) Only if you want…
You: Of course I do! I’ll be there at 12 send me directions :)
Niall: will do see you soon xx
You couldn’t believe it…. You were going on a date with Niall…. Niall Horan.
Perfect Day… Ruined.
You woke up the next morning so early! You couldn’t sleep any longer you were so excited; Niall seemed like such a sweet and nice guy. You laid in better for literally 3 hours just thinking about him non-stop.
*beep beep beep*
You hit your alarm that you set for 8AM, the time you PLANNED on waking up. You were so excited you basically flew out of your bed and got in the shower, singing all your favorite tunes on the top of your lungs.
20 minutes later you got out and raged your closet for the perfect outfit. You came across your faded skinny jeans, a laced flow shirt, and your white converse. You put your clothes on and looked up on your laptop some if the so called band, “One Direction” that Niall was in. You came across their old video diaries. You watched one… then two… then all of them! You couldn’t help but laugh every time Niall did. He had the most amazing laugh. All of the boys seemed like such nice guys. You wanted to get to know all of them!
