Lance pushed the door open slowly, hoping that everyone was gone. Noticing that it was clear, he stepped out of the room, closed the door softly, and started to wander through the castle on his own.

"Quiznak! He has emerged!" Coran whispered excitedly as he was hiding behind a pillar. He quickly dashed to hopefully beat Lance before he could arrive to anywhere, especially the kitchen.

"Come on, Pidge. Into the cupboard with everyone else," Allura said as she was gently pushing Pidge inside.

"But I'm not sleepy," Pidge tiredly whined.

"Yes you are."

"No, I'm...not," Pidge mumbled before actually falling asleep during her protest. Allura closed the cupboard and went to help clean the rest of the kitchen.

"I work and I slave all day, and for what?  A culinary masterpiece gone to waste," The stove groaned as he pushed pots and pans into the sink as best as he could.

"Oh, stop your grousing, Sal. It's been a long night for all of us," Allura said with a tired sigh.

"Well, if you ask me, Lance was just being stubborn.  After all, the master did say 'please,' " Hunk noted as Allura shook her head sadly.

"But if the master doesn't learn to control that temper, he'll never break the--" Allura started before they all noticed Lance walking into the kitchen.

"Splendid to see you out and about, monsieur," Hunk said, hoping Lance didn't hear any of the previous conversation. "My name is Hunk, head of the household." He gently took Lance's hand and before he could give it a kiss, Coran rushed in and gave it a kiss instead.  "This is Coran," Hunk said with annoyance, rolling his eyes.

"En chante, cherie," Coran said with a smile as Lance blushed lightly from embarrassment. Hunk did a fake cough as he continued to talk.

"If there's anything that we can do to make your stay more comfortable, don't hesitate to tell us."

"...I am a little hungry," Lance commented, rubbing the back of his neck. He still couldn't believe that he was talking to household objects to prepare him a meal. Allura's eyes seemed to have beamed in that moment as she turned to the other tea pots.

"Hear that? He's hungry.  Stoke the fire, break out the silver, wake the china," Allura begin to order as the kitchen started to complete them. Sal turned on his fryers again in excitement as the teapots woke up the china.

"Remember what the master said," Hunk whispered to her.

"Oh, shush.  I'm not going to let the poor boy go hungry," She stated as she began not to worry on his pleads to be careful and quiet.

"Hunk, I am surprised at you. He's not our prisoner. He's our guest. We must make him feel welcome here," Coran said with a smile before turning to Lance again. "Right this way, monsieur."

"Well, keep it down. If the master finds out about this, it will be our necks!" Hunk said worryingly as Coran took Lance out of the kitchen and into the dining hall.

"Of course, of course," Coran agreed and the two exited the room fully. However, Coran popped his head back into the kitchen to tell Hunk that, "But what is dinner without a little music?" He let the doors close as he returned with the guest.

"MUSIC!?!" Hunk almost screamed in a panic.

Lance was seated on a large wooden table, feeling rather comfortable in his chair. Was he still surprised at moving and talking objects? Definitely. But was he curious at what they could do? Definitely. Sudden, a small spotlight shined towards the center of the table. Right under the light, was Corran, clearing his throat.
