(today's thoughts)
Sophomore year snitches! A new start for me and my mom. i forced my mom to let us move to new york for reasons that should go unsaid. I don't live with my dad and haven't had much contact with him until recently. i wanted to change my appearance a little so my past didn't come to haunt me. I dyed my hair jet black, got extensions with blonde tips, and got hazel contacts. Totally unrecognizable. This new high school is one of the best public schools in the country. When I start this year i hope to make new friends and forget about my past. today was the first day of school. I barely got any sleep because of how anxious i was. my alarm had rang at 5:35 am and time flew by so fast. I grabbed my book bag and did one last mirror check. i took a deep breath and said Brittney Lovette to myself three times to remember. i said bye to my mom before i left she just silently waved. Why doesn't she talk to me anymore? :(

After walking about a block or so i found the bus stop. The bus came shortly after. The bus was packed there were three seats available, all next to boys. so of course being me i sat next to the cutest one. To make conversation and stop me staring at his overwhelmingly sexy body. I started talking,
Brittney: "hey i'm ah... Brittney."
???: "I'm Davon but you can call me Dex"
Dex's POV
I left my house really not wanting to go to school. I caught my girlfriend, Tamera cheating two weeks ago with my brother and i haven't seen or heard from her since. I didn't want to get back together with her but that was some grimey s**t. Should have listened to my mom... you can't turn a hoe into a house wife. I thought I could change her but i was obviously wrong. I was scared of how I was gonna react to seeing her smug face again. I haven't had a "break up" like this in a while. I wondered did i still have my game. I sat by myself on the bus and stared out the window in deep thought. I was surprised when a girl sat next to me. I haven't seen her before but she was just wow. She was wearing Nike Lebron 9 the summit lake hornets kind with skinny jeans and a sleeveless jean jacket with a blue shirt to match the sneakers. She seemed excited. She said hi to me before i could say anything first. I was thinking about Tamera the whole time. Then I thought she was thinking about me when she was screwing my brother so i said f**k her and responded,
Dex: "Hey I'm davon but you can call me Dex.

hey its Nyah listen this first chapter may seem kinda dull but whats coming is so good i already have it all written out so. i should be uploading in the next few day cause ah you know school. sorry i made a mistake before i wrote freshman instead of sophomore. sorry.
