I open the door to find my girlfriend, Lily.

"Hey, Lily," Jack calls from the kitchen.

"Hey, Jack," she replies.

"(Y/n), there's something wrong with her," Ob says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"Just... look at her eyes," she replies. That's when I notice that Lily's eyes are glowing. Her irises are a warm turquoise. Her hair is also turquoise.

"Did you need anything?" I ask her.

"I just came to visit. Also, I would like to speak with Obsidian," she tells me.

Ob's POV

As I'm taking over, something I haven't been able to do in two and a half years, I hear (Y/n) ask our guest a question.

"What's your name?" she asks.

"Turquoise, but you can call me Turq," Turq says.

"So, Obsidian..." she begins.

"Please, call me Ob," I remind her as we exchange a handshake. "Also, last time I checked, which was ironically the day I had snuck into her head to see if she was interested in (Y/n), Lily didn't have a demon,"

"That's because I was telling our mom all about our day at school. Also, when she first met (Y/n), I knew they'd be perfect for each other," Turq explains.

"I know, right? So why did it take her two months to ask Lily out?" My comment makes her giggle, and it is the most beautiful sound I've ever heard. See, unlike most demons, Turq and I don't have an evil laugh. Ours is more of an echoier version of our hosts' laughs.

"I guess that explains why she wasn't afraid of me when I first introduced myself to her," I say.

"Can't argue with that. After all, Lily is a brave girl."

"Well, if it isn't Turquoise," a voice says. We turn around to see Anti standing in the doorway, glowing green right iris and all.

"Hello, Antisepticeye," Turq responds.

"So, where are you living now?" he asks Turq.

"We're actually a couple of blocks away. Which reminds me. Ob, would you and Y/N like a tour of the new place?" she asks.

"We'd love it." Before we go, Turq and I let Lily and (Y/n) regain control of our bodies, but not before we exchange a wing-five (a high-five in which we use our wings instead of our hands).
