Darkiplier?

(Y/n) POV

Lily had just given me a tour of her house when there is a knock at her door.

"I'll get it!" she says, opening the door. And that's when I see Darkiplier, though his attire kinda throws me off. He is wearing a black tuxedo, which, I'll admit, actually looks good on him. I instantly feel Ob taking over. I let her, knowing she has a few things to say to our former captor.

Ob's POV

"Okay, first off, how did you survive? Don't demons just evaporate when they die?" My first question is simple and to the point.

"Yes," Dark explains, "but I'm not like most demons. Jack merely killed the part of me that was once an Entity trapped in Markiplier Manor. So now, the part of me that is in control was once Damien, but Celine keeps my emotions in check. I'm still Darkiplier, though." I recall watching the "Who Killed Markiplier" miniseries on YouTube, and remember that it was an origin story for Dark and Wilford Warfstache.

"Okay, on to the next question. Why are you here? Aren't you here for revenge?" I ask.

"Yes, but you're not my target. My target is my old boss, Antimatter," he states. I search for a sign that he's lying. He's not.

"What caused you and Antimatter to have a falling out?" I'm curious to know.

"After I was defeated that day, Antimatter thought I was weak, so he kicked me out and replaced me with Natemare," he explains.

"So, let me get this straight. Your old boss, the mad scientist, replaced you, the demon who can control others' minds, with a demon who is known for messing with others' psyches? That doesn't add up. Besides, why would he, or anyone for that matter, fire someone who is extremely loyal?" I conclude.

"Exactly. Which is why I called Jack on my way here. I told him to hold a meeting with you, (Y/n), Anti, Henrik, Chase, Jameson, Jackie, and Marvin," he tells me.

"What about Turq and I?" Lily chimes in.

"I need you and Turquoise to stay here. Protect your home in case Antimatter finds out where you live." Dark is being serious, but I still have one more question.

"Where are you going now?" I ask.

"To Markiplier Manor. It is the only place where I can regain my strength," Dark says solemnly. "If you need anything, give me a call." He hands me a card with his contact information on it before traveling to Markiplier Manor via the Upside-Down. I then let (Y/n) regain control.

(Y/n) POV
"Well, I guess it's time for me to leave," I say.

"Yeah. See you later," Lily replies.

"I hope Dark is right," Ob says as we walk back home.

"So do I."

(A/N: Three chapters in, and there's already a plot twist. Keep in mind that the plot twist is based on the events of "Who Killed Markiplier?" Also, the song up top is "Bones" by Clarx.)
