Gamers Rise: A Short Story

Part 1: Some Background

To properly get an understanding of what a predicament our heroes are in, we must attain an understanding of the 'lore', if you will, of this world. Our story starts long ago, in a world a lot like ours. Gamers were living happy lives, being intelligent and gaming 24/7, drinking Mt. Dew and eating Doritos. Everygamer had the dopamine flowing through the brain like rapids. Their great leaders, Joker and Ben Shapiro, themselves even loved to game, and everyone loved them. But then, in the biggest Bruh Moment ever, disaster struck. The Chads, a race hailing from gymlandia, took over. Chads are the stereotypical jock types, big hulking brutes with a thirst for lifting weights and Gatorade. They bounded in, rampaging through towns, smashing consoles and PCs by crushing them between their giant biceps. With the the Chads came Staceys, a female counterpart to Chads that are essentially worthless waists of flesh that only get in relationships for the muscles and so they can gold dig their way through life, and they never like the clearly superior gamers. Joker and Ben fought valiantly beside their men, but they seemingly ditched them and went into hiding when the Libtards came. Libtards had been at odds with Chads for some time, but joined forces in their crusade to oppress Gamers. Using logic that paradoxically made no sense and couldn't be argued against at the same time, they either killed or took over the mind of any Gamer they came across. Lots of men were lost, including the leaders, as stated before. With no other form of leadership, as the others were just too stupid to lead even their bodies to the bathroom, a member of the furry tribe swiftly took over. Furries may be strange, but even Gamers, the smartest minority, admit they aren't dumb. 

This story takes place many years after the fall of the Gamer empire. Gamers are now oppressed to slums and hobbit holes, becoming the truly most oppressed minorities. Our story begins with Arthur and friends, a group that has banded together for survival in this post-Gamer world.
