I attempted to grab the knife but failed. I tried scooting over and I was close enough to move my feet and move the knife into the bed. Yes! The knife was now on to the bed. I have to be really quick if I don't want derik to see me in the act of escaping. I carefully got the knife and started to cut the rope. I finally got free and looked around the room. Then I see a window. I hear Derik entering the restroom. Sebastian's pov Maddie has been gone for 2 days. I haven't gone to school and neither has Oliver. We've been looking for Maddie but still haven't seen anything. The police men said everything has gotten to a dead end. These last two night have just been hell. Oliver's pov What if Maddie is dead. What if I will never see her again. I start crying and sliding down my room door. I go on my phone and see a pic of Maddie:

I miss Maddie so much! I hope she is alright. Maddie's pov I think derik was showering because I head water. I was starving since I haven't eaten in TWO DAYS. I look around and see a window that can fit someone as skinny as me. I carefully opened it and went out. I had no clue of where I was. I looking around and spotted a gas station so I started climbing down the roof until I realized that I was on the second floor. I need to think of a way of getting down safe and quietly. There's 2 things I can do. Scream and hope someone gets to me before Derik or jump onto the roof of the first floor and prolly break something. You know what. Fuck it I'm going to jump. I was close to the edge of the roof so it wouldn't hurt as mush when I jump. 3,2,1 I jumped and once I landed I knew that my foot was broken. I got up and hoped my way over to the gas stations where I blacked out.
