~The battle of New York but when Loki takes the tesseract Thanos realises that Loki means to keep it for himself so he portals Loki to a different location on earth (Tasmania) and proceeds to letting the Chatari through to earth himself. Loki finds himself in an unknown place, unsure of how he got there, all he knows is that he needs to get back to New York~
You wake up to the sound of a loud crashing noise, you bolt upright and throw the covers off your body. You are about to swing your legs off the bed and onto the ground but then you hesitate, "what if its my father," you think. You sit there for a split second, you hear a shuffle outside your room and curiosity gets the better of you. You cautiously get out of bed and head towards your door. Your hand hovers over the handle, taking a deep breath you silently open the door and take a step into the hallway. You freeze and your eyes widen as you see a tall, raven haired man standing with his back to you. Hundreds of thoughts race through your mind, "robber? Visitor? Annoying brother playing a joke". The man is wearing strange green, gold and black clothes, probably a costume or something. He is holding a rather large stick with a blue stone on the end. You open you mouth to say something but before anything can come out the man spins around, striking you across the face with his stick, sending you sprawling to the ground, you roll over onto your back to face your attacker only to find the stick at your throat. Your eyes travel up the stick to the mans face where you find yourself looking into his piercing, ocean blue eyes. The mans face widens into a mischievous smile, then he speaks, his voice was soothing though his words were anything but. "There isn't a mortal alive that can sneak up on me," He pauses, taking a step forwards, keeping the stick at your neck, "I am Loki of Asgard", he says, "and I am burdened with glorious purpose". Your face changes from surprised and scared to stubborn and resilient, you are not one to allow yourself to be taken down easily, "What are you doing in my house", you growl. The mans face hardens and his foot presses down on your arm stopping you from escaping, "have care how you speak to me", he warns, "I am a god and you are nothing but a mere mortal". You open your mouth to speak but think better of it, you may be stubborn but your not stupid, you are way out of your league with this powerful god.
Loki looks you up and down, after deeming you quite harmless he lifts his foot off your arm and removes you stick from your throat. You prop yourself up onto you elbows and bring your hand to your cheek where a blue and purple bruise is starting to form. Loki takes in his surroundings. "What is this place?" He questions.
"My house", you reply.
"You've said that " he states, "don't waste my time mortal girl, where on Midgard am I?"
"Tasmania", you answer, getting to your feet and trying to stop your hands from shaking.
"And where exactly is Tasmania?" he says with a tone of frustration.
You sigh and go into your room, keeping a watchful eye on the god, hoping he doesn't see you to be as vulnerable as you feel. You notice that he is no longer holding his stick and that makes you relax a bit. You open your school bag and take out your geography book, you flip through the pages until you find a map. Keeping your distance, you turn to the god, pointing to Tasmania.
"And New York?" Loki questions
You turn the map around and run your eyes over it till you find New York. Facing the map back to Loki you point to his desired destination. Loki takes the map from you and you quickly retreat to the back of your room. The god stands there, studying the map as you stand studying the god.
Suddenly you hear a door slam and heavy footsteps making their may to your room. Loki spins around to face the door and before your very eyes the map in his hand magically disappears and is replaced with his stick, your mouth drops open and your body shivers, but you don't have time to take in what just happened, your father is coming!
