Chapter 1
Unfortunate MeetingsDisclaimer - I do not own the Teen Titans at all, I just don't have enough Raven and Beastboy content to satisfy my shipping addiction. So since I have read almost every BBRae fanfic and scrolled through countless art THERE IS NO MORE CONTENT FOR ME. Thus, I shall make it myself. Also, I would like you to be aware this is a fanfiction meaning there will be some things different from the original CN show, but I will keep the characters as they are as close as I can so they fit the story.
"Where are we going?" Raven groaned as she was being dragged by her wrist by a certain long red heading girl, her best friend Kori. Kori and Raven had been friends since elementary school. They were neighbors when they had first met. At that time they got along at a snap of a finger like any 2 kids would. Kori was the first person who ever truly understood Raven, and even if she did seem a little dense at times she was actually pretty smart. Well, sometimes that is when she wanted to be. As they grew up Kori grew into a more open expressive person while Raven just liked to be by herself.
"I Have found the most glorious place to hang out" She squealed not taking a moment's breath. She always tried to find new places for her and Raven to go. Raven, on the other hand, did not like new places but decided to argue about it would only upset Kori and lead to more problems. She enjoyed her friend being happy.
Raven rolled her eyes "And that would be?" she deadpanned in a sarcastic tone. Raven enjoyed going to their dorms or a nice quiet place like a cafe to hang out.
"A place called a house party." she clapped "they have many wonderful drinks that make everyone feel happy there will be music and dancing as well." she practically jumped in excitement. That's when Raven came to a complete stop.
"WHAT? A party Kori? You know those drinks are probably alcohol, and I do not believe you need to be any happier than you already are." She scanned her finger up and down Kori "you practically can't stay still as it is.
Kori's excited outer appearance came to a stop and she hung her head. She kept holding onto Raven wrist as she twisted side to side shyly looking to the ground. "I know its alcohol silly, I just wanted to try it out with you. You do not wish to try hanging out at a new place? All our college friends go there." She looked up to Raven with big green puppy dog eyes. "PLEEEEAASSEEEEE RAVEN!" She begged.
Raven rolled her eyes. She knew that her refusing would end up being trouble so she rubbed the brim of her nose "Fine" she smiled. " just for a little while," she said making sure Kori understood. "If you get drunk I will have the trouble of dealing with you. ONE drink and that's all" she scolded holding up her finger.
Kori lit up "OH RAVEN THANK YOU, JUST ONE DRINK YES" and with that, she continued dragging Raven down the busy street of Jump City.
When they finally arrived at the place Raven's arm felt as if it would fall off from all of Kori's pulling. The place was completely packed. Raven recognized most of the people there because she had seen them around campus. The place was loud which Raven absolutely did not like. She took a deep breath "It's only a little while Raven" she whispered under her breath.
"Ooo There" Kori pointed to the drinks. Raven took a seat on a couch in the corner looking disgusted. Raven was never one for mess "I'm going to get a drink you need anything?" Kori yelled over the noise. Raven just shook her head as Kori disappeared in the crowd of people. Raven heard a loud round of cheers coming from a crowded area of guys.
"This is going to be a long night" she groaned to herself. Out of all the places Kori wanted to go it had to be this place, hell Raven for once did not care if it was the mall or amusement park they went to. Then she noticed why all the guys were cheering. In the center was a blonde headed guy with olive green skin, and green eyes. She knew this person all too well. She never really spoke to him before but everyone knew him in some way. He was what people called "The Campus Prince" His name was Garfield Mark Logan but people called him Gar, the heir to his father's company owning the very school they went to. He also owned multiple malls around the country. He had attention no matter where he was. Raven could not see why so many girls found him attractive to the point they would stupidly embarrass themselves for his attention.
