i woke up to the sound of someone laughing. i looked up from the bed to see a man dressed in a skirt. five woke up too and saw the figure standing in the doorway.

"so five, how was your snuggling session last night?" the man said while laughing.

i felt my face turn pink.

"damn it klaus! shut up and leave!" five said angrily.

"okay, okay... i just want to know who the lucky girl is!" klaus giggled.

"GET OUT!" five screamed.

klaus ran away while laughing.

"sorry about that." five rolled his eyes.

"it's fine.." i said while the pink flare on my face was fading.

"let's go downstairs, i need coffee." five said while standing up from the bed.

he's such a dork. i don't think i've ever met someone who loves caffeine the way five does.

i was sitting at the table with five. he was drinking his coffee, complaining how it isn't "decent" and what not. i chuckled at the sound of him complaining over something so stupid.

"today is a big day, y/n." five said.

"why?" i questioned.

"because, i'm going to help you control your power." five said while taking a sip of the coffee.

i frowned. i couldn't control it. it was impossible.

"sure, it takes practice." five started.

"but i'm sure you'll get the hang of it." five said.

we were in his living room. i saw a painting of him above a fireplace. i examined it when five walked in.

"okay,"

he placed a glass cup on the table.

"i need you to try to move this." five smiled.

"i- i can't." i said.

"well, you don't know until you try." five pouted.

i took a deep breath in and closed my eyes.

"focus on the noises around you." five said.

i focused to the sound of a ceiling fan whirling.

"picture the cup in your mind,"

"then try to move it." five added.

i closed my eyes tightly and tried to move it.

nothing.

i opened my eyes. the cup didn't even move a little bit. it was in the same position it was before.

"i can't! it's useless! i'm useless!" i yelled.

"y/n, it isn't easy." five said calmly.

"no, don't try to comfort me! it's stupid! this is stupid!" i yelled louder this time.

my eyes began to water.

five looked at me, scoffed at came closer to me.

"you're right,"

"it's useless. i don't even know why i brung you here. it's a complete waste of my time as well as yours." five said in an angered tone.

i clenched my teeth, closed my eyes tightly, and pressed my hands against my ears.

"you'll never be anything else besides an ordinary, nothingness, girl."

i latched out in anger.

i heard several things fall and glass break.

i opened my eyes. glass was on the floor scattered out and five was on the floor.

five stood up from the ground.

"well, now we know how to control your power,"

"all you have to do is piss you off." five softly laughed.

i looked at the glass. i did that.

i laughed in excitement and hugged five.

as i was hugging him i realized what he'd said to me. i broke the hug quickly and turned the other way.

five time jumped in front of me.

"y/n?" five said.

"did.. did you mean the things you said to me?" i looked down at the floor, and at the glass.

"no,"

"no, i didn't." five sighed.

i looked up. we made eye contact.

"you can only control your power when you're angry, and i knew if i said those things, you'd get upset." five said.

"i wouldn't ever say those things to you."

i cracked a smile.

i know he wouldn't now that i was thinking about it. he'd always been nice to me.

"now, we need to clean up the glass..." five laughed.
