Marcus' P.O.V
"Joziee!! Joziee! Who did this too you? Talk too me. Say something!"
I watched as she slowly opened her eyes. I quickly began too untie her from the chair. I noticed the puddle of blood that was under her head. I then began too think the worst. I knew she hadn't been shot in the head, but I didn't know why she was bleeding.
I lifted her up and touched her bloody head. "Jozie, talk too me." She opened her mouth too say something then she went unconscious again. I knew I wasn't helping, so I prepared too take her too the hospital. I lifted her body in my arms and carried her out of the door and placed her in my car.
I hoped into the drivers set and sped off towards the hospital. I sped the entire way there. As I drove, I thought about who could have did this too her. I didn't have any enemies and no one knew she was talking too me. Who would wanna hurt her? I didn't know, but I vowed to find out.
I just prayed that she pulled through this. I prayed that she came out alright. I didn't know what I would do with myself if something was too happen too her. Finally, almost 30 minutes later we pulled into the hospital parking lot. I parked and rushed around too get her out.
"Help! I need some fucking help! She's bleeding from her head!" As soon as I walked in the emergency room and said those words, doctors and nurses came from all directions. They brought a gurney for me too lay her on. They then began too wheel her off too the back.
"No." One of the nurses said as she stopped me from following them. "You have too wait out here, we'll inform you when we have some results"
I didn't know what to do. Never had I been in a situation like this. I had always seen things like this happen on movies but now i knew how it felt when they had too watch their loved ones be wheeled off and wait too hear their fate. It was one of the worst feelings ever.
I walked back into the waiting room and tried too sit down and wait, but it didn't work. I got back up and paced the floor. I needed someone here for support. Someone too comfort me and tell me encouraging things. Someone too help me stay calm and be patient. But who?
I didn't have many friends that I could call during a situation like this. I thought about King, but we hadn't talked in what felt like weeks. I wasn't about too call him begging for his help. So, I called the person I had begin too grow a strong friendship with.
"Blue .. I need some help man."
I explained what happened too him and in less than an hour he was in the waiting room with me.
"You good man?"
"Man, I wont be good until a doctor come from back there and tell me too come get Jozie and take her home."
"Its gone be iight, Jozie a li'thugg .. she gonna pull through." He replied.
"Yeah I hope so." We then began too talk about business. It was always going good and the money never stopped flowing in. He then began too tell me about how him, King and some of the other boys went and found Kay.
I was very confused as too why he didn't call me for help. Or why he didn't even inform me that she was back. Something wasn't right with that. I don't know whats been going on with him, but he needed too get his priorities straight.
Marcus sat up there with me the entire time. We caught up on alot of things and just talked about mom. He explain too me how his life was good, no woman no kids no nothing. Just him and his money. Hours later and almost 2 a.m the doctor emerged from the back.
"Uhh .. family for Jozie Sanchez?" He said aloud too everyone in the waiting room.
"Thats me." I said as I jumped too my feet.
