Riley's POV

I was walking down the street to my new job at Starbucks. I got a call from the police station. They said that they found Adam. I only had a 4 hour shift today so I said I would be there then. I walked into Starbucks and i started to take orders. Mitch came at around 1 and ordered a insert drink name here. I went on my break and sat down with him. I told him about the police finding Adam. "Are you going there after work?" He asked. "Yea. I'm gonna text Jordan and tell him to meet me." I said. "Well I got to go record. Tell me what happens." He said standing up. "I will." I said. "Good luck." He hugged me. "Bye Mitch." I said as he walked out.

My shift was over. I texted Jordan and told him to meet me at the station. He did. "You ok?" He asked me before we walked in. "Yea. I'm fine." We walked in. The police officer asked me if this was Adam as he pointed to the glass. "Yes." I said. "Do you want me to get you a lawyer?" He asked me. "I don't think that would be necessary as I won't be pressing charges." I said. "But he stabbed you." Jordan says to me looking very serious. " I am aware." I said looking back at the cop. "Very well. Adam you are free to go." The cop said into the mic. I walked outside. Jordan followed. Adam came out shortly. "Riley." He said to me. I hugged him. "I'm so sorry for everything. I was drinking and I didn't know what I was doing." He said to me. "It's ok Adam I forgive you. Now the boys will need a little time. I'll call you later." "But where am I going to stay?" He asked, since the boys are mad. "You can stay in my hotel. I have a pull-out couch." I said looking him in the eyes. "Thank you." Adam said. "Anything for a friend. I must tell you that me and Jordan are together." I said looking back at him. "I could tell." Adam said and cracked a smile. I ran to Jordan, who had started to walk away. "Hey, I'll text you later ok?" I asked. "Yea sure, bye." He said giving me a kiss on the cheek. Something was wrong
