" The Constitution of the Philippines  is the  supreme law of the Republic of the Philippines. Its final draft was completed by the Constitutional Commission on October 12, 1986 and was ratified by a nationwide plebiscite  on February 2, 1987.Three other constitutions have effectively governed the country in its history: the 1935 Commonwealth Constitution, the 1973 Constitution, and the 1986 Freedom Constitution. The earliest constitution establishing a "Philippine Republic," the 1899 , was never fully implemented throughout the Philippines and did not establish a state that was internationally recognized, due in great part to the ongoing during the time of its adoption.Ruling by decree during the early part of her tenure and as a president installed via the , President issued Proclamation No. 3 on March 25, 1986 which abrogated many of the provisions of the then 1973 Constitution adopted during the Marcos regime including the unicameral legislature (the ), the office of , and provisions which gave the President legislative powers. Often called the "Freedom Constitution," this constitution was only intended as a temporary constitution to ensure the freedom of the people and the return to democratic rule. A constitutional commission was soon called to draft a new constitution for the country." their professor expertly discussed about the Philippine constitution. She listens keenly as her professor continues to discuss about the Brief history of the Philippine Constitution.

" Ms. Sanchez , what do you think is  the purpose of 1986 provisional constitution?" Her professor asked her.

"1986 PROVISIONAL (FREEDOM) CONSTITUTION OF THE PHILIPPINES - CHAN ROBLES VIRTUAL LAW LIBRARY. DECLARING A NATIONAL POLICY TO IMPLEMENT THE REFORMS MANDATED BY THE PEOPLE, PROTECTING THEIR BASIC RIGHTS, ADOPTING A PROVISIONAL CONSTITUTION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN ORDERLY TRANSITION TO A GOVERNMENT UNDER A NEW CONSTITUTION." She answered.

" Very good Ms. Sanchez. Okay, I want you to report about the different Article of our 1986 Philippine Constitution. This is by pair. Of course if you are going to make a report there should be a teamwork so that you can do your task systematically. Understood?"

" Yes Sir." They replied in chorus.

Their professor announced their partners. She is waiting who would be her partner until it is her turn.

" Ms. Sanchez your partner is Mr. Valmonte." Her professor announced. She looked at her back and no other man standing their at the back is the man who she feels so annoying and egocentric one. He blinked to her but she just rolled her eyes. Being with this man is hellish for her that is what she thought to be but she does not have a choice.

" Go to your partner now so that you can plan the things you are going to do. Proceed."

" Oh you are my partner." He said with amusement.

" Then so what? I want a serious discussion alright." Scarlett told her.

"Snob. I like it." He said in a low voice.

" What did you say?"

" Nothing."

"Our topic is about Article III The Bill of right. " She said.

"Yeah. I know. I heard it." He said.

" When and where are we going to do it? I want it as much as possible." She said.

" At my place?" He replied. There is a deafening silence before she answered.

" Could it be just in the Library." She said.

"I insist. Do not worry my place is fully equipped." He said boastfully.

" I did not ask you that."

" I am just sharing."

Their meeting turned to an argument. They argued. They are like a dog and cat.
