Marinette's POV
I actually woke up on time Monday morning. (I know, I was shocked too.) So instead of grabbing a croissant as I rush out the door I actually get to sit down and eat breakfast with my parents. Just as I finish my last bite of my breakfast and got up to put the dish in the sink, there was a knock on the door. I open it to reveal Adrien standing in his usual outfit.
"Come on in, Adrien." I say pulling his arm and taking him into the kitchen. "Maman, Papa. This is my boyfriend, Adrien."
"It's nice to see you again Adrien! Would you like a croissant before you leave for school?" Maman asks already grabbing a croissant.
"Yes please!" Adrien replies eagerly walking over to get the food. (A/N: #letadrieneat2k19) After Adrien is done eating, we walk to school holding hands.
To say the class was shocked when we walked in would be an understatement. The understatement of the century in fact. Between Alya and the other girls squealing and congratulating me and all the boys yelling their congrats to Adrien, we didn't notice chloe until she was right in front of us.
"Get your filthy hands off of my Adrikins!" She screeches.
"Why," I ask innocently, "can't I hold my boyfriend's hand?"
"Adrien is not your boyfriend! He's in love with me! Tell her Adrien!"
"Sorry Chloe, I love Marinette." Adrien says simply.
"You won't believe how we got together Chloe!" I say leaning into Adrien and trying not to laugh. "Chat Noir came to my house Friday night and overheard me talking about my crush on Adrien. And being the gentleman he is, he helped me get together with Adrien. It really is crazy! I mean, why would he even come to my house when there wasn't an Akuma or something? Strange, right?" I finish smirking at her.
"So strange," Adrien agrees and ignoring Chloe's screech of indignation he tilts my head up and leans capturing my lips with his.
