Blood Bath

Chapter 6

We walked back to class, hand in hand. I was so confused. I knew this was wrong, im not human, but how can it feel so right? "I know that we just met, and this is sudden, but your beautiful, bodywise and mind. I want everyone to know how beautiful you are, so i guess i am saying that whilst i know we just met, i wondered if you would like to go out with me. Will you be my girlfriend?"

Shit! That came out of nowhere. He had stopped walking just outside the building, waiting for his answer. Deep down i knew i shouldn't, this isn't right! I instinctly went to say no.

"Yes" He rested his hand on my lower back, pulled me to him and kissed me deeply, first soft then increasingly harder. He pulled away grinning from ear to ear and told me he'd see me after class. Oh god what had i gotten myself into?

I walked to class in a daze. My lips were tingling and puffy.

"OMG, they totally made out, girls we are in" Jamies voice could not be mistaken

"Trust her to make out with a stranger" Steph was starting to get on my nerves.

"Steph, i understand your hurt, but lets make one thing clear, your bitterness will not be directed at me, you and Riley might of dated but hes made it perfectly clear hes moved on so you need to as well in the mean time Jamie and i have class. Shall we Jamie?" I grabbed Jamie's arm and dragged her to class, only looking behind me once to see Steph's horrified face.

We took our seats at the back and waited until the teacher was deep in conversaton

"Wow, i have known Steph for years and i have never see her that shocked, embarrassed and pissed of in my life." I know i shouldn't of snapped, i could of lost control, but she was so infuriating.

"I don't want to talk about her, she's dulling my mood."

" So, how was it, are you guys offical? Oh my god i need details. SPILL!"

Should we of been in my era, this type of conversation would of been more formal, and if i wasn't reeling over my lunch date then it would of made me uncomfortable. Jamie was the only Alie i had though, so i found the inner girl in me, and i unleashed.

" Well we went to this place on the oval, and we sat and talked, he was really sweet and then he asked me out."

"Oh my god you said yes, your dating Riley, finally we can stop being rejects, what would i do without you Anna."

i should of said no, there is no way of controlling the urges, but i haven't felt this normal since i was sixteen.

"Is he as good as they say, you know, in the kissing department?"

"i wouldn't know what they say, remember i haven't been here that long, but i can i have never experienced that type of sensation before."

I wasn't lying, and that was the scary part, my blood lust for Riley was extreme, whether my emotions were hightening it, i could not be sure.

"Ladies, whilst who's dating who is a hot topic right now can i just remind you that this is a history class, please refrain from the endless gossiping until the end of my class."

"Yes Mame." we say in unison.

By the time class was over Jamie and i didn't have a chance to talk, my knight in shining armor was waiting outside the classroom, a single red rose in his hand.

"Wow anyone would swear your trying to impress someone." i say trying to hide the massive smile that seems to appear every time I'm near.

"The question would be, is it working?"

" Wow your pulling all the new tricks out, you never had to try with me, you were lets saycomfortable with me, just remember Riley, I'm always here." Steph seductively said to Riley whilst turnng to give me one last death glare before she stormed off

"Its been not even a month since ive been here and already someone hates me." I' havent been self concious in a while, but i didnt like how Steph had already figured out how to push my buttons.

"Don't worry about her Anna, she's just annoyed that i snapped up a gorgeous girl such as yourself." He pulled me into his arms and Steph and all the other complications of my life sank away.

His lips were soft but the intensity of the kiss made my lips go tender. If i didn't break the hold then i would lose control, but apart of me wanted to. I pull away as he struggles for breath an i struggle with my hold on my humanity.

"That was intense." i say as he starts to chuckle.
