JADE POV

Friday

I groan stretching on the big bed I was given yesterday; after we reached the incredibly large castle, I had no chance to tour the place before I passed out from exhaustion.

I blink, staring up at the woman who just opened the large celling length windows letting light into the large room, that's the only adjective I can use in explaining my new room; it's large, triple of my house, that's what my new room is.

Who are you? I lean on my hands relaxing in the soft big bed my eyes narrowed at the sun she let's into my room

Am Mary she smiles widely too wide if you ask me, I'll be your temporary hand maid she sends me a smile smoothing down her black dress over her chubby waist.

Hand maid? I raise a brow surprised

Of course every Royal has a hand maid well not just one, three or four, but lord Christian said you won't be with us for long till you're transported to Brighton Academy.
So lady Jadelyn what would you like for me to do for you? She blinks back at me like all this is supposed to make sense but I've learnt that nothing makes sense here.

I groan, raising a brow, so you can do anything?

She nods of course, but first lord Christian said to have breakfast with him at the garden, I will set your bath, and set out your clothes.

I nod watching the plump dark haired lady bounce into the bathroom.

Okay... I look around the room, the bed is a king sized bed with black and purple sheets, the walls are painted white, there is a large living space with two white couches and a glass table in the middle a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, the door by my right leads to my closet and another door inside leads to the bathroom, the door on my left leads to a small study I did not bother to look at last night, entirely the room is bigger than my house put together, I could not protest last night because I was tired, looking at the room there's so much unreasonable space, Christian said the room was prepared for me since I was born so I can't really argue with him and plus this is not my territory, there's no need to fight over it when I won't be here for long even the hand maid said it, I won't be here for long, somehow that comforts me

I sigh jumping out of the bed in my underwear, entering the empty closet my clothes were not hanged up yesterday well because I was tired,i am not lazy, I've never been.

I enter the bathroom, where the woman is quietly humming to herself as bubbles fill the whole room, how-"

Mary-" I say

Oh, she jumps turning to me as a bubble burst on her nose.

I laugh a bit, thank you Mary, I can do every other thing myself.

Lady Jadelyn-"

I scowl its just Jade and don't listen to Christian when it comes to anything relating to me.

She furrows her brows, am sorry but you're a lady here its either Lady Jadelyn or lady Jade she matches my stare head strong

I groan, the second one.

She nods, a smile spreading on her lips, you're a tough cookie but am tougher

I smile a bit as she walks out, maybe I could get used to this, I roll my shoulders removing my clothes and dipping myself in the large gold tub.
