Sometimes a moment captures our heart,
We stop to bask in its embrace,
A moment so sweet and far apart,
We long to hold on to it, for always.
A new beginning of another tale,
An empty page of another book,
Another path in another trail,
Another journey with a newer look.
With a smile I open this door,
And look beyond what has past.
I have so much to look for,
And hope to make it last.
