i did a lot of research to try and properly and realistically convey all of the psychological and abuse aspects that i used in here and i hope i was able to accomplish that

and remember abuse isn't always physical and it's not always just between a romantic partner, it can be any kind of relationship like a friendship, a parent, etc.
