(Finally! Sorry for the wait!!! Due to IRL issues, I just couldn't find the time or inspiration to write a new chapter but I'm good now! Please enjoy and vote)
Third person P.O.V:
Allowing the two teens to take a 30-minute break so that they could fully recover and form a plan to fight their opponent, the young blonde and red-haired girl slightly paced in her room as she was worried if she beat her brother he'd be upset with her. Close to breaking down from overthinking About her match and what she would do, Aiwaza walked into the waiting room as he simply stared at Lila pace the small walkway. Sighing a little before shaking his head the black haired man sat down at the small table stationed in the room, Lila finally calming down as she sat in front of him letting her head fall to bang on the table lightly.
Raising an eyebrow at the seemingly stressed girl aiwaza crossed his arms over his chest before staring up at the tv in the corner, "You'll do fine. I trust that you'll fight truly and that your brother will forgive you if you win and you'll do the same if he wins. Don't hold back because of family..fight with everything you have or there would be no use calling yourself a hero." Standing from his chair because the time came for him to return back to the announcers' office he looked over at the young girl once again, reaching out patting her head before leaving heading off to return to his job tiredly.
Leaving Lila alone as she started to think over his words before deciding she would just fight with her all and pray that her brother would forgive her after the fight if she won, standing when she heard her name being called heading off towards her side of the field to enter the spotlight. Slowing down to a stop when she could hear shoto speaking to someone before peeking around the corner to spot a blazing orange aura aka her father with him, holding back a growl in her throat she listened in to what they were saying in their small conversations. (Bold is endeavor) "You finally accepted your fire, my son. Once this is over and you win you'll start your training with me to become the best! Then you'll outshine All might and become the #1 hero!" Scoffing Todoroki stepped back as he glared up at his father squeeze his fist on his fireside "And what about Lila? I know that it annoyed and angered you when she spoke out against you, how would you feel if she won? The 'useless' brat that you tried to kill just because mom actually had a child with someone she loved."
Hitting a nerve by saying that Endeavor sneered at the half and half boy as he scoffed loudly "You're correct, she is useless and will always be. There is no way that inbred Rat will beat something that has my genes in it, all she'll ever be is some sidekick." Finishing with that the large man stomped away as Lila finally stepped from the shadows of the corner that hid her, moving her way to stand beside her brother before she turned to him "I'm sorry..". Confused by her brother's apology for what she was guessing was in that beasts favor she shook her head, softly patting his shoulder before sighing quietly "I want us to make a promise. Whoever wins just wins, I don't want us to be mad at each other after this..you're the only family I have left.."
Agreeing to the promise they both heard their names being called as they split ways heading to their correct gate to walk out of when the time was called, soon being called in after waiting for 5 minutes as she walked onto the field hearing the crowd yell and cheer for the two teens. Both of them walking up onto the battle zone as they met in the middle the small blonde girl hugging her brother suddenly, surprising shoto before he softly pets her head as the two got into place before GO! Could be heard as they rushed forwards.
Lila's P.O.V:
Having formed a plan in her head that should work the blonde female pushed towards her brother as she ducked under his arm dodging a punch, spinning on her heel she attempted to grab his wrist as he flicked a piece of ice at her shoulder knocking her back. Causing her to slide a little before she spread her wings out running full force at him again pushing herself up into the air, spinning in a 360 circle as icicles fired from her body pelting the ground around him managing to slice the side of his right bicep and stab into his left thigh. Moving through it Todoroki slammed a piece of ice up towards her as she barely dodged it feeling it scratch the tip of her wing, her body diving to the ground as she barely caught herself skidding across the ground.
Growling out finally getting annoyed she froze her feet to the ground as she began to scream out at him putting all her voice into it, the ground shaking and cracking up as it started to break stabbing up from the floor surrounding the half and half boy. Leaping up she tackled him to the ground before pinning him to the ground with her wings keeping him from moving, pulling back her arm before sucking in a breath slamming her fist full force into his stomach knocking the air from his body. Stepping back up weakly Todoroki stared at her as he tried to charge again before she frowned at him, simply smacking him to the floor with her wing sighing before she weakly lifted him onto her back.
Walking to the edge she shifted him off her back once again as she gently set him outside the barrier zone as the match was called and she was the winner, Lila plopping down onto the ground as she fell back to lay on the ground staring at the sky proud she won. Slowly closing her eyes as she passed out of exhaustion and overusing her quirk.
Time skip to later
Having been taken to recovery girl and had all her injuries healed Lila was escorted to the ranking stands as they placed her on the 1st stand, her brother being 2nd and Bakugo being 3rd as their pictures were taken and the crowd cheered out. The great All Might appearing in the field as he congratulated each student telling them a little bit of advice before he got to Lila, gently patting her head as he smiled brightly "You did good young Ackerman, you've shown everyone no matter the limitations you can fight for everything and make your goal come true." Holding back the tears that were about to roll down her cheeks she simply smiled at him brightly as she bowed her head to him, the rest of the festival being games for those who were eliminated as all the students laughed and watched the others scatter for items in the scavenger hunt.
The young blonde girl sitting with Mina and Uraraka as they both cheered on Lida as he ran around attempting to win the small challenge, a strange feeling of someone glaring at her as she felt around not sensing away looking at her near. Shaking her head she excused herself as she went off to find the bathrooms searching around sighing, suddenly stopping she growled before turning on her heel facing endeavor as she simply raised an eyebrow at him "Can I help you?" Hearing him scoff she could feel ice grow up the palm annoyed "How did you beat him. Did you bribe him? Cause there is no way a waste like you could beat my genes fairly."
Hissing her wings unfolded from her back as she let ice cover both of her arms forming spikes on the edges of her fingertips "I told you I'd win. You just don't want to admit your a terrible human being, I won fair and square so focus on your own life instead of mine." calming herself she turned away as she began to make her way back to the rest of the class, "You won't last as a hero. I'll make sure you don't." Flipping him the bird she made it back to the others in a few minutes as she plopped down next to her friends, watching the rest of the festival before they all left heading off in separate directions heading home for the day.
Heading up to her room Lila groaned as she stripped off her clothes getting a shower before she cleaned all her makeup off and let her hair down from its buns, walking to her closet she changed into a pair of PJs before crashing onto her bed slowly slipping off to sleep as life would finally calm down for a couple of days.
(Sorry it was a little short guys! I'll try to write more next time but next to happen will probably be a little spin-off before I start writing the training camp trip episode)
