Tony and Steve didn't talk on the ride there. Not because they didn't want to or it was too awkward, but because of all the loud noises from the road and the motorcycle itself. Although, Tony was a little happy that the loud roar of the engine and the other background noises prevented him from saying something stupid or embarrassing based on the fear of silence.

Steve parked right next to the entrance of the 1950s styled café. The walls were painted a pale blue color that made the red and pink neon lights pop when it got dark enough. Steve couldn't help but love the place, he especially loved how the windows let him people watch. He loved making up stories about people's lives as they walked past. Every once and a while, he would find someone he found especially interesting and sketch them out.

Steve, who noticed Tony having trouble getting off the motorcycle, offered a helping hand to which the smaller male denied out of pride. "I got it Cap. This damsel can get herself out of trouble." He said as he somehow maneuver himself from the motorcycle that was about six inches too tall for him.
Steve couldn't help but laugh at both Tony's pride and his witty remark.

"Ready to go in, princess?" Steve joked which earned him a playful jab in the chest.

"As a matter of fact, I am!" Tony stated, puffing his chest out and strutting into the café with his head held high. Steve smirked as he stared at Tony's ass as he followed behind him. "I have eyes at the back of my head Cap. Don't think I don't know what you're staring at." Tony looked back at Steve with a devilish smirk plastered on his face and he left the flustered blonde outside.

Steve quickly ran after the brunette into the café. He immediately saw Tony talking to a group of girls who were all over him. Tony seemed to be enjoying the attention he was getting, Steve was the opposite but he saw this as an opportunity.

Steve walked up to the group. A couple of the girls looked back which made Tony look back as well. Steve walked up right next to him and wrapped him arms around Tony's tiny waist and leaned his whole body against the other male's. A couple of the girls got the picture. Some where fangirling. Others still didn't get it and were wondering why two guys were showing this much attention. "We should get to our table." Steve whispered into the already red Tony's ear. Tony nodded and rushed to the booth farthest from the girls which was also Steve's favorite spot. Steve sat across from the brunette who was covering his blushing face with a menu.

"Why did you do that?" Tony asked after a few kind seconds of silence, still covering his face with the menu.

"I don't like sharing my dates." Steve shrugged in an unapologetic manner.
Tony put down his menu to reveal his slightly flushed face which made Steve happy to see.
"So what do you want to eat?" Steve asked.

Tony was about to answer when a older lady, around her mid 40s interrupted him. "Hey there Stevie!" AnneMarie, his favorite server there, said in her usual cheerful tone. She looked over at Tony then back at Steve. "Is this the cutie you've been talking about?" She whisper-yelled at Steve. Tony's head perked up as he heard that.

"Oh? Is Stevie gossiping about me?" Tony teased.

"Oh, I'm going to tell you all about what he says about you." Steve tried to stop her but she simply ignored him and pulled up a chair from a empty table. "It's absolutely adorable, he's telling me how talented you are and how he really wants to talk to you. I'm glad he finally found someone besides that stuck up little princess that he used to have a thing with. God I'm glad you left her." She said, finally looking back at Steve who was ready to shoot himself from embarrassment after that. "Ah yes, thank you Annie. Can you please gives us some alone time?" Steve pleaded. "And a chocolate shake please." Tony added as he giggled from all the secrets that had just been spilled to him. AnneMarie pulled out her ordering pad and quickly jotted that down. "Got it. A chocolate shake and the usual for you Steve?" Steve nodded, just wanting her to go away before she could embarrass him again. "That'll be right out for you guys." She stayed with a huge grin on her face as she walked back to the kitchen.

As soon as she left, Tony bursted into laughter. "Oh my god, i- I love her!" He finally got out after 3 minutes of solid laughter.

"I guess that was payback huh?" Steve said as he rubbed the crook of his neck.

"It was better!" Tony laughed again, earning us some stares from the other tables. Neither of the two cared though. They were too busy laughing and enjoying each other's company.

After a couple of minutes of jokes and getting to know each other better, their food was placed in front of them. For Tony, a simple chocolate shake and for Steve, a strawberry shake with fries.

As they eat and drank they shared stories of when they were younger, what their plans were for the future, they argued over if strawberry was a good ice cream flavor or not, they even debated on the correct pronunciation of words. All in all, it was a great night for both of them.
Steve drove Tony back home which resulted in them laying on the roof of Tony's house for hours talking about anything and everything. Tony debated on asking Steve if he wanted to stay the night but he decided to save that for a different day. Instead the night ended with Steve asking Tony if he would like to go out again and a kiss on the cheek from Tony in response.
