The Reversed Demon

   Nagisa flings his arms up and yells, "Why did you do that!"
"Look at him Nagisa, he looks sacred and he didn't hurt us did he?!" I say in an annoyed voice
" Yet " he mumbles under his breath.
I turn the car into auto mode, as i make my way to the back.
I sit down next to the man and ask "what's your name?"
He answers "Ray, what's yours?"
"Lucy"
" Lucy, what are you doing giving him your name, he's a demon."
I turn around and throw my plus knife again this time, to mason only skimming his ear. I turn back to Ray ignoring Masons shocked face and look at Ray into his blood red eyes and ask sternly, " what are you doing here, Ray?"
Ray waits a second to respond but when he does he says" I had to get away from them."
" I look at the guys and look at ray he has scratches all over his body, and a gash above his right eyebrow.
" why were you trying to get away from your own kind and why did you jump on our car?"
"They were going to execute me when you drove past, and they got pissed; you were the perfect distraction for me so I slipped away once they stopped chasing you, I caught up trying to jump on your car before you left.."
"Are you okay?" I say looking and feeling his scar above his eyebrow.
"I'm fine."
"So why were you going to be executed before you took a hitch hike on our car?" Zack says with a frown, but a  curious face at the same time.
Mason looks over too Zack and says" chill dude!" Mason rolls his eyes and asked more demanding,"Why were you suppose to be executed?" Ray looks up at them and says, "I helped a lady. I helped a lady from falling into the pit. She was an old lady and her vision was pretty bad, since she was about to walk straight into the canyon. One of the demons on watch saw me and reported me. That's why I was going to be executed." " That's it! You where going to be executed for helping an old lady not fall into The pit!" "yup" Ray says plainly. "that's crap!" Nagisa steps into the conversation and mentions " Well since history The Pit was created from demons to serve one purpose and one purpose only." "to stop road traffic?" Zack says annoyed. Nagisa looks at Zack with an annoyed and confused face and says "what no, to collect souls to feed on, since they couldn't eat real food, they had to adopt." I turn back to Ray " so you like broke a little rule, letting a la-food get away?" Ray looks up in to my eyes and i can feel the terror he is feeling, "not a little, a big law, and the penalty for it is death."
