Isabella glanced out the dusty window, longing to be outside. Alex just sat quietly in his corner, pondering things. While Isabella wistfully longed to be outside, stamping her feet in the rain, exploring the world around her, feeling the wind underneath her wings, all Alex wanted was to curl up into a ball, sleep, and cry some more. What contrasting personalities.

Soon after, Alex started drifting off to sleep and Isabella heard his soft snores and smiled gently. Involuntarily, her eyes started closing and she felt herself descend farther into the canyon of dreams.

Opening her eyes, Isabella felt a wave of a strange feeling wash over her. What is this feeling? Why do I feel so sad, like I've been through this before.........what was it called again? N-.....it starts with an "N"..........but I can't remember.......Ugh. Isabella slapped her face, trying to wake up and face reality. I can't remember anything, absolutely nothing before falling into the ocean and getting wings. Why?

"This wasn't supposed to happen! They were never supposed to react this way. She never said anything about this-"

"Shush." Luna narrowed her eyes, black hair swaying in the breeze. "You have to trust Her Highness, as she was the creator of this world. Obviously she did this for a reason. We can't do anything except to trust her."

"But she-"

"She never explained this to anyone."

"Do you think she set all of this up? All of this human-saving-the-world thing?"

"Most likely. But you should give the humans some time. They'll turn around soon." With that, Luna stood up from her marble chair and glided calmly towards the door. "So. I guess this is good-bye for now, Teresa."

"Do you trust her?" Teresa called after Luna's vanishing figure.

"It's all I can do." A blinding flash of light, and Luna disappeared.

"So you are forced, aren't you?" Teresa smiled wryly.

The angel made her way towards the white garden.

"Freeze."

Luna paused. Seconds passed and Luna felt something tap the side of her neck. Something cold. It pressed harder, and soon she felt the trickle of warm blood flow down and stain her pale dress silver. "Who is this?" she asked, quite calmly.

"You are under arrest for treachery."

"Care to explain?"

"Queen's orders."

Luna froze. Queen's orders?!

"Come along. We have to present you to her."

"And if I refuse?"

"That won't matter. We still will bring you there."

"When you say 'we', who do you mean exactly?"

"My comrades-"

The graceful angel stepped to the side and the guard saw the scene. His companions' bodies were strewn all over the pale grass. "You were saying?" Smirking slightly, she raised her eyebrow in question.
