Now I am 16. 4 hard years without Ashley and Elizabeth have passed. Two other girls have moved into our room but they can't speak a word of English. I no longer like my life here. All I have to keep me going is my lucky teddy bear that me, Ina and Luna won matching at an adoption fair and my charm that gives me hope that someday I will be picked.
I look forward to every adoption event hoping I can get a new home. Now all my friends are gone .Ashley, Elizabeth, Carly, Laura ,Grettle- gone. Those words keep replaying my in my head 'No one wants to adopt a ginger.' Again and again. 'No one wants to adopt a ginger.' 'No one wants to adopt a ginger.' 'No one wants to adopt a ginger' Why? Why don't Carly's words replay? Carly was wrong. Those boys weren't unhonest. It's true. I've been here for 7 years. I've been in adoption care for 13 years. But no one has even thought of adopting me or even my sweet, innocent , blue eyed sisters. It's true. No one wants to adopt a ginger. No one.
