Truth Or Dare (On Hold)

Chapter 9

   After having lunch together, Forth was more embarrassed and eager to leave the place.

   "So I'll go first" Forth said standing from the couch.

   "Ai'Forth! You think I would let you go just like that?" Pha replied with his arms crossed across his chest.

   "Wh-what?" Forth stuttered.

   Pha laughed out loud, seeing Forth's panic striken face. "Geez Forth, relax, will you! I'm not going to eat you." Pha said walking to his seat. "Come. Have a seat. I haven't checked up on you, remember!!"

   Forth made an Oh face and sat down on his seat.

   "So what's happening to you Forth?" Pha asked with concerned face.

   "Just work stress I guess. Feeling dizzy sometimes." Forth mumbled scratching his left eyebrow.

   "Still the hard headed over working guy I see" Pha retorted. "Beam had gave me your previous report already. Give me a second, I'll just see that."

   Pha's face grimaced once he read the report. He looked at Forth with a  disapproving look. "Forth! You call this as JUST work stress? Your dizzy spells are frequent. You have a history of migraines. You fainted so many times. This is serious." He nearly shouted at Forth.

   Forth flinched lightly. Pha sighed out. "I'm sorry Forth. I didn't mean to shout at you. But please I suggest you to take a week off from your work and relax yourself. If you continue to overwork, I'm afraid your health would deteriorate."

   "But I'm not over working Pha. I can't stand a day without going to office. How can I spend a week off" Forth said with a frown.

   "That's it. I'm not dealing with your stubborn ass. You and me are going to Pattaya next week."

   "But.."

   "I'm not taking a NO from you. It's decided." Pha said crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow.

   Forth gulped, looking back at Pha's challenging gaze. He had no other choice, but to say..

   "Okay fine!!" Forth mumbled out.

   "Good choice" Pha smirked. "Now if you don't mind, I have so many things to do before my week off"

   Forth scoffed. "Er er er.. I'm leaving now" He got up and reached the door.

   "Owhh Forth! Just because we're going out next week doesn't mean that we can't have dinner today right?" Pha said with a sly smile.

   Forth smiled, shaking his head in amusement, "I'll pick you up at 8? From here?"

   Pha smiled cheekily, "You read my mind Mister. See you at 8. Chup chup"

   Forth waved with a smile and left the hospital leaving behind Pha with a bright smile and hopeful eyes.

   Next week saw a smiling Pha driving his car with a sulking Forth. Pha side eyed Forth with an amused face. "May I know why the big bad wolf is sulking like a puppy?"

   Forth faced Pha with a pout, "Because the Great Phana doesn't want me to drive his car?" Pha laughed seeing Forth pout like a child.

   "Ai'Forthhh.. I have only suggested this trip for you to rest, then how can I make you my driver. Moreover it's just a couple hours of driving, I can manage. You can relax and enjoy the ride. Also play some music if you want." Pha said, his eyes in the road.
