I am not afraid of sleep
Sleep is my biggest dream
My best friend

My fear is the in between time
When the light is off
But my mind is still idling

Alone with my thoughts
Alone with my fears
Alone with myself

I am afraid of my mind
In that in between time
When I'm not yet asleep

I'm just waiting for the world to leave me
For my mind to filter to subconcious nonsence
For sleep to finally claim my sick and tired brain
