bambam giggled as he put bun onto jaebum's chest. he giggled even louder when bun started giving jaebum kisses.

"she's so cute. she loves kisses." so, to please bambam, jaebum gave the bunny kisses back.

once bambam took bun off his chest, jaebum got the chance to sit up and look around the room. it was full of pictures of bambam with jackson and mark along with a few others of who seemed to be family.

"how long have you three been friends?" jaebum asked, looking at one of the pictures of bambam standing between his taller friends.

"oh, for years. since i was 10 i think. i met markie and we met jackie after that."

because of rumors he had heard, he wanted to ask more. he hoped bambam didn't think too much about it when he asked his next question. "you guys are just friends, right?"

"they're my best friends."

the next picture jaebum saw answered his question because it was of mark pecking bambam's lips, both of their eyes closed. there was another of jackson and bambam doing the same.

"you guys kiss?"

"sometimes," bambam said casually, shrugging it off because it was normal to him. "not all the time, though."

jaebum was amazed by how innocent and naive bambam seemed to be. it made him cute and it made jaebum want to protect him.

jaebum was sure that was the moment he became like an older brother for him. he wanted to take care of bambam which he definitely hadn't expected but upon learning more about him, he could tell he needed taken care of.

"let's work on the project, bam." bambam nodded and put bun away so they could work.

bambam got all of his stationery out so they could do their project. jaebum chuckled because he knew half of it wasn't necessary but bambam seemed to like it so he didn't say anything.

along with all the research bambam had already done, he also said he would decorate their poster. he didn't let jaebum do much except that he could present because bambam was a bit shy because of his accent.

so the next day, jaebum presented and then walked with bambam to lunch after. bambam immediately started telling mark and jackson about their project and showed them a picture he took of it because he was so proud of how it looked

everyone at the table listened to bambam ramble on and on about the project. "and i drew a tiny bunny on the back because my teacher gives me smiley faces when i draw on the back of my papers and tests so i hope she sees it. and i put a different sticker on all four corners of our poster because they were a little bent. and, yeah."

"i'm proud of you, bammie," jackson told the adorable boy who was nearly purring at the praise. bambam's smile didn't falter as he munched on his apple slices.

youngjae sighed internally as he watched the cute boy eat. bambam would cover his mouth with his hand so he could keep talking only to be told to wait until he was done chewing so he didn't choke.

it was impossible for youngjae not to notice how much the younger was babied and all he wanted to do was baby him. he wanted to buy him milk for lunch and listen to him talk about his day and cuddle him.

the way bambam's cheek puff out even more while he eats is too adorable to ignore. youngjae smiled when bambam giggled at something jinyoung said because it was so cute. the way his nose scrunched up was too much for youngjae to handle.

if anyone had taken their attention away from the boy, they would have easily noticed the way youngjae was staring at him, but everyone was too entranced by their youngest friend. bambam just had a certain charm without even trying.
