youngjae's eyes widened as mark and jackson sat on either side of bambam, both pressing kisses to his face as they did. bambam smiled at both of them and offered them both a strawberry.
"oh, guys! these are my best friends!" bambam introduced everyone. yugyeom and jinyoung has already told him it was okay if his friend started sitting there too.
"we met them yesterday, silly," mark told bambam who blushed and apologized. mark shook his head and patted the younger's cheek.
"bam, let's go." jackson stood up and held his hand out which bambam happily grabbed. they walked away, only to come back with a bottle of vanilla milk.
"baby, did you do your homework?" mark asked, playing with bambam's hair. bambam nodded because he had a strawberry in his mouth and couldn't say anything.
"i already have a lot more for tonight," bambam whined, leaning into mark's side. "can you come over and help me with math?"
mark nodded but turned to look at jinyoung when he started talking. "bam, youngjae is really good at math, maybe he can help you."
"really? that would be really nice! i'm really bad at math," bambam admitted but was shut down by mark.
"hey, you're not bad at math. you're just better in other subjects," mark told him, not letting bambam put himself down.
the three made a plan to meet up so the could help bambam with his homework. bambam gave youngjae his address and said to be there around 6 because he, mark, and jackson were going to get food first.
when youngjae got there, bambam and mark were on bambam's bed, bun in bambam's lap. mark was laying next to the sitting boy, holding his hand that wasn't petting bun.
bambam smiled at youngjae and stood up to put bun back in her pen but mark stood up and grabbed her. "i'll hold her."
bambam nodded and picked up his bookbag and brought it to his bed. he patted a spot next to him to get youngjae to sit down.
youngjae, unlike mark, explained everything first and then helped him with the homework. bambam always got too frustrated so mark usually just helped him with the problems and move on.
it took a while but bambam (sort of) understood by the time they were done.
bambam went downstairs, leaving mark and youngjae in his room. his mom asked if the two were staying for dinner to which he said yes without asking them.
he bounded up to his room and told them they were staying for dinner. bambam put bun in her pen so he could lay on mark.
he pulled both of them downstairs when his mom yelled that dinner was ready. youngjae did not know that bambam's mom only spoke thai so bambam translated everything from english to thai and vise vera.
once they were done eating, mark told bambam he had to leave. he kissed the tip of bambam's nose to made him giggle before he left the house.
youngjae wasn't sure what to think. were bambam and mark dating? he definitely had never kissed his friends on the nose like mark did. he had been confused when mark called bambam baby but the nose kiss only added to it.
what about bambam and jackson? why did they both treat him like they're dating? youngjae had too many questions.
bambam gave youngjae a hug before the elder also left. bambam smiled and waved from the front door while youngjae walked out to his car.
bambam jumped on the couch next to his mom who immediately started asking about youngjae. she liked knowing about her son's friends and he had no problem talking about them.
bambam's mom was not only okay with her son being innocent and cute, she liked that he was that way. he loved taking to her and didn't even realize when she was making sure everything was going okay.
bambam was an open book. anyone could tell if he was upset or happy or anywhere in between which she was happy about. she never wanted to not know if he upset about something.
"how was your day, baby pig?" she asked as he curled up to her like a little kid.
"good, but i had a lot of homework. markie and youngjae helped me, though, and i got it all done."
"that's good. why don't you go take a bath and then we can have a movie night with bun?" bambam nodded and ran to his room to take his bath and put on a comfy pair of pajamas.
he grabbed bun and went downstairs where his mom had a large blanket and a bowl of popcorn.
it was late so he knew when the phone in the corner of the living room started ringing it was jackson because he called every night around the same time.
"hey, baby, you getting ready for bed?"
"not yet, me and mommy and bun are going to watch a movie and then i'll go to bed."
"okay, just make sure you get enough sleep so you're not sleepy tomorrow."
"i'm know," bambam whined cutely. "i love you, i have to go 'cause the movie is going to start soon."
"okay, goodnight, bammie. i'll see you tomorrow. i love you."
"night night and sweet good, jackie." bambam hung up the phone before picking up bun off the ground to set her on his lap as he sat down.
bambam sat under the blanket with his mom. he made sure bun was facing out so she could see the movie but she ended up falling asleep.
bambam's mom had him go to his room and go to sleep before the movie was over because he was obviously really tired.
"love you, mommy." bambam gave her a sleepy hug before he waddled upstairs with bun in his arms.
he brushed his teeth before he shimmied under his blankets and between all his pillows and plushies. he smiled, excited to fall asleep and hopeful for a good dream and a great day when he woke up.
