It felt like releasing your breath after holding it for months. I said it. Even if he didn't hear. I said it. And I felt free. Everything I've felt in the past few days vanished. I was overjoyed, no worries to pull me back down to feeling like I did when I found that website.

After leaving Dan's room, I decided to take a shower and then go out and do a spot of shopping with Dan to cheer him up.
I hopped in and out of the shower pretty quickly, I got dressed and knocked on Dan's door to see if he wanted to come shopping. "You wanna go for shop?" I asked him, my head slid into the small gap between his door and door frame.
"Urrrm...." he mumbled, staring blankly into his laptop screen.
"Dan?"
"Sorry, what?" He turned his head to see me now fully stood in his room.
"Do you want to come shopping?" I put emphasis on every syllable, making sure he was actually listening.
"Yep," he shut his laptop, "be ready in just a sec."
"Okay," I went and got my coat and waited for him to get ready, "Dan, what are you doing? You've been like 10 minutes."
"I'm ready now, jeez Phil calm your tits."
"Just get out of the door!" I laughingly said as I opened the boring white door, shoving Dan out and locking it behind me.
We walked around town for a bit before nipping into Starbucks. We ordered our drinks, and sat in a window seat.
"Phil," Dan broke the silence that was drifting between us, "we should do this more often." his adorable brown eyes locked on mine, the rain had sent his hair into wild curls. The way I liked it.
"I agree," we finished our drinks and exited Starbucks, "what do you want to do now?" I saw a menacing smile spread across Dan's face, "don't you dare say it!" I yelled, laughing.
"Your Mum." Dan laughed uncontrollably covering his face as I pretended to punch him.
"I'm gonna kill you Daniel Howell."
"Not before I kill you, Phillip Lester.' Dan chuckled, walking ahead towards the London Underground.
We rode the Underground to Oxford Street to do our shopping.

A few short hours later, we returned home to our flat. I hung up my coat, changed into some joggers and flopped onto the lounge sofa with my laptop. "Phil!"
"What!" Phil called from his bedroom down the hall.
"Phil!" I yelled again, hoping he would just get off of his arse so I could see his adorable fa- I mean so he could get me a coffee.
"What Dan?!" Phil came storming into the lounge, a bit flustered.
"Huh?" I was shaken from my thoughts, "What?"
"You shouted me in here. Better be important or I swear I will remove that sofa." Phil crossed his arms across his chest, covering the cartoon printed on his shirt.
"No! Not my precious sofa!" I whined, stroking the grey, worn sofa and whispering "It's okay, he didn't mean it."
"Dan!" He shouted, he looked fit to burst. But why? It was not like Phil to get so angry. I ignored it.
"Oh yeah, could you make me a coffee please?" I asked, pulling my best puppy dog face.

Was he serious? He called me into the lounge to ask me to make him some god damned coffee?! Why couldn't he just get off of his beloved sofa for once in his life, but he looked so cute wrapped up in his blanket like that... I wish I could just snuggle in and fall asleep with Dan's chest pressed up against mine. Wait what? Phil stop it, he's your best friend.
