Maddie's POV
By the time I got back to Luke's it was 10:30pm.
I just sat on his porch and thought.
That one question kept repeating in my head.
"How long has he been doing this?"
"Why? Is it because of me?"
'Yes,of course it's because of you!'
No no no.
The demons.
This always happens,i over think and then they come to my mind.
'Do you know how many nights he comforted you?! it sneered
'And guess what? He has no more friends because they saw him leaving the hospital..because of you'
"No it-it's not my fault"
'Yes..it is. Admit it. You feel guilty..remember what you used to do to punish your self'
"No..I'm not gonna cut..not again. I'm like 5 days clean."
'Do it.'
I walked inside and upstairs to Luke's room.
I sniffled and started to shake Luke awake.
"Wha-Maddie?" he asked
I just jumped into his arms and hugged him.
And slowly but surely I fell asleep, thinking about how lucky I am to have a amazing boyfriend and I am happy that I didn't relapse.
