"Ok class, see you on Tuesday. Don't forget the assignment that I give you. Have a nice weekend!", my teacher's voice, Anthony, making me looked up from my phone screen.

As soon as he dismissed the class, I got out from the classroom and walk straight to the canteen. Just like Tina said, she has waited for me on the table that's located not far from the cashier. You may wondering who the hell Tina is. She was my classmate when I'm taking the French course. Unfortunately, on the third level, we were apart. I'm taking the academic purpose class while she stays still on the conversation class. But the good thing is that we have the same time and day so we can still meet outside the class, for example today.

"You probably should order now before the canteen get more crowded", Tina said as she bit her sandwich.

I just give her a nod and go to the cashier. After the cashier collect my order, I turned around to see how's Tina. But before I could see her, my attention drew by someone else. My eyes caught a figure of Daniel, himself, fixing his shoelace near the table that I shared with Tina. Suddenly he got up and looked at me. He gave me a wide smile and raise his left eyebrow. I could tell that she was as confused as me. At this point, I was such a deer in headlights. My feet felt like jelly, they were too weak to move. My whole body just froze. My heart beat 100 times faster than any normal people do. My brain couldn't seem to work. Even to greet him back, I couldn't. I could see that Tina were staring both of us, from me to Daniel and from Daniel to me. I could tell that she was as confused as me. I was 100% sure that my face was as red as boiled crab so I gave him a small smile and quickly turn around, facing the cashier.

While waiting for my change, I fight the urge to look back again, to see whether he was still there or not. Finally she gave me my change. When I look back, I have to face a disappointment that he wasn't there anymore. I quickly sat down and Tina started to attack me with questions which I answered it with a chuckle.

"Woah slow down, girl"

"Don't tell to slow down! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? DANIEL FUCKIN' SEAVEY JUST SMILED AT YOU. YOUR FUCKING CRUSH, Y/N! AND NOW YOU ACT LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN?" she shouted, making the half of people in the canteen throw us strange look.

"Shhh don't be so loud. This is canteen", I tried to calm her down.

"So tell me what was that?!"

"I... I don't know" I laughed at her over-excitement.

In the end, she gave up asking me because I only gave her short answers that annoy her. After all my food arrived, it made a good escape from her weird questions about Daniel. Not long after I finished my food, a thunder deafening our ears. And it's followed by pouring rain. I'm thinking of how can I go home without getting wet. I went here by subway and the station is like 15 minutes walk from here. Walking under this heavy rain in 15 minutes sounds like a really good plan since I don't bring my umbrella with me.
