"It's done, she'll be coming over around 8 when everyone else gets here" Jesse patted my back as we stood in his kitchen preparing food and getting things ready.
"Don't you think this is a little soon to be talking to another girl?" I turned to Jesse and he rose a brow and began to laugh. Confusion crossed my face.
"What? What's so funny" He began to calm down and wiped the tears that had fallen from laughing so hard.
"Bryan, it's been 8 months dude you need to get out and about" He was right, it's been too long.
"Yeah I understand that, but it's hard. I loved her a lot" Jesse sighed and began hanging up some lights above the breakfast bar.
"Bryan, she cheated on you. I know you loved her but that's not okay. she wasn't loyal to you" Once again he was correct. I grabbed the CD we had burned many songs on and placed it into the radio and turned it up just a bit.
"I'm going to go get dressed, I'll be out to help in a bit" Jesse came over to me before I went into the room.

"-7:10 anyways." The two of us parted ways and went to get changed into something a bit more formal but party like.
