The drac nodded. "I'll tell you."
I smiled "Good."
"Go to the second floor, access code 2301."
"Access Granted." A robotic female voice said.
The elevator stared to move up again, but stopped not a minute later. The doors slid open to reveal a long stark white hallway. Like the ones people, have nightmares about with so many doors that seem to go on forever. This makes perfect sense because I am out right petrified at what I might find.
"Which room is it?" I asked uneasily."Th-the 2nd room to the left." He pointed it out with his free hand.
I rushed to the door. I tugged on the handle, but it wouldn't open.
"Why won't this open?" I asked jiggling the handle.
"Because we need the card for this room."
"Well do you have the card?"
"I have a card, but-"
"Then give it here." He reached int his right pocket of his coat and pulled out a dark blue card with sliver swirls. I snatched it from his hand. I turn around to slide the card, but there was no place to slide it.
"Where do I swipe it?" I half yelled in a panicked voice. The fear stricken drac jumped all little.
"It won't work for you only a draculoid."
"Well open it."
"I don't know if it will work for me. The only ones allowed access is his caretakers and the Coordinator."
"Well you better try it if you want to live."
The drac nodded and Mikey let go of him. He waved his card in front of the door and swipe pad appeared beside the door. He swiped his card and a green light appeared above the door. The sound of the lock opening was deafening in the quite hallway. I was worried that someone would hear us.
At first, the door still wouldn't open so the drac pushed on the door with all his weight and it slowly open. I was getting impatient, so I pushed on the door to help. Once inside my fears only escaladed.
