At school, the student news plays on a TV in the hall. I watch on my phone as Peter and Ned watch on the t.v. I watch as the camera amateurishly zooms in on Mr. Harrington's face. I roll my eyes before I listen back in. "Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, thanks to Goddess and the Spider-Man." Jason spoke. "Thank you, both." Jason and Betty awkwardly said in unison.

"Up next: The Spider-Man and Goddess mania is sweeping the school. How can you show your super spirit?" Jason added before the news was over. Peter grins as we walk past the TV showing the student news. A few students are standing around the TV to watch the news. As Peter cheerfully enters another hall, Ned joins us.

"Guys, guys, guys, guys. What is it like being famous when nobody knows it's you?" Ned asks with a bright smile.

"Honestly I never get used to it." I start. "It's crazy dude." Peter and I say at the same time.

"It's crazy. Should we tell everyone?"

"No." Peter quickly replies.

"Should I tell everyone?"

"No, dude, no, that's not a good idea."

"That's one of the worst ideas you've ever come up with Ned." I spoke.

"Okay, come on, we'll be late to class."

"You didn't tell him?" I said looking to Peter.

"We're not going to class."

"You're both already in so much trouble for ditching the Decathlon."

"Dude, listen, we figured it out, right? The wing suit guy is stealing from Damage Control. And what he takes from Damage Control, that's how he builds the weapons."

"So all we gotta do is catch him." I add with a confident smile. As I held tightly onto my shoulder bag, it had my stuff ready inside.

"But we have a Spanish quiz."

"You guys have a Spanish quiz. I have Art with Ms Lornes, and man does she hate me. And besides Tony only wants me here to get a chance at somewhat of a normal life so it doesn't matter what my grades are."

"Ned, I'm probably never gonna come back here. Kara is probably not even gonna be here next year. Mr. Stark is moving the Avengers upstate, so when we bring this guy in-"

"Dude, you want to be a high school dropout?" I rolled my eyes, does he not understand what Peter is trying to say?

"I am so far beyond high school right now."

"We are so far beyond high-school." I correct as I look to Peter.

"Parker, Stark. My office." We both turn to see the principal and we both look back at each-other.

At detention. A video plays, featuring Captain America. He pulls up a chair and sits. I could feel my anger start to bubble, out of all places I did not want to be sitting in detention watching my brother who is supposed to be in jail. "So... You got detention. You screwed up." Steve starts. I rolled my eyes and began to focus my energy on the pencil on my desk. This really did sound like one of his lectures he'd give me when I messed up. "You know what you did was wrong. The question is, how are you gonna make things right? Maybe you were trying to be cool. But take it from a guy who's been frozen for 65 years, the only way to really be cool is to follow the rules." Maybe not all of it...

"He'd never say that." I mumble looking over to Peter before I saw Michelle a couple of seats behind him. Peter sighs and stands up forcefully. I also quickly get up and grab my bag and leave the room I had taken enough of Steve anymore and I could make this school crumble at a single thought. I watch as Peter follows me out the door and then I let him take lead. In the empty hallway, Peter lifts a row of lockers off the ground, revealing a hidden space beneath. He grabs a bottle of web fluid and lowers the lockers. Peter throws the bottle up in the air, and catches it again.

Arriving home, Peter peeks in the front door. As I follow behind him. "May?" He calls out as we walked in, but we only met an empty house. I go to check the living room as he goes upstairs to check if she was up there. "She's not here!" I nodded and walked up the stairs to Peter's room. I walk into our room to see Peter is wearing normal clothes over his suit and lounging in his chair.

"Hey, Karen. What's up?"

"Hey, Peter. How was your Spanish quiz?"

"Listen, I was wondering if you could help me. We're trying to figure out who the guys under the bridge were that night, but I mean, I can only kind of remember part of a license plate."

"I can run facial recognition on the footage of that encounter."

"Okay, I secretly wish that Tony had made me a suit now.." I mumble as I watch Peter fiddle around with Karen to try to track where they were or their next hit.

"It's called the Baby Monitor Protocol." Karen spoke and I held in my chuckle especially when Peter turned to look at me.

"Yeah, of course it is. Um, yeah, just roll it back to last Friday."

"With pleasure." While Peter was looking for his footage I teleported myself onto the top bunk and laid there looking up at the ceiling. I close my eyes tuning everything out, I tried to go through my memories trying to remember my dad. It's been so long since I've seen him it feels like I'm slowly forgetting what he looks like, I haven't even talked to Uncle in a while maybe I should come back to Asgard after to visit to see if he's still in one piece. "One individual identified. Aaron Davis, age 33. He has a criminal record and an address here in Queens." I heard as I opened my eyes and sat up. I teleported beside Peter with a mischievous smile.

"Let's pay him a visit shall we?" I smirk.

"Would you like me to activate the Enhanced Interrogation Protocol?"

"Uh, yeah." Peter agreed.
