Kira was caught.....and to be honest i was not surprised by the fact that it was Light Yagami,but yeah not being surprised doesn't mean not being happy...the time when I proved everyone that light-kun is kira.....everything started to appear in slow motion....while the cops entered the hall,hand cuffed light.....despite the fact light was constantly yelling about how he is not kira and me (L) is framing him,no one believed him cause at the end of the day i had concrete evidences and if that's not enough we had concluded to strong theories proving light is kira.......
To be real honest...i kind of cheated,but I don't think that's cheating though.....it was just an offer i could not deny.....you all wanna know about that offer? Well okay i will tell you...but keep it a secret cause i am taking all the credit here(if you keep this a secret i will give you a strawberry)
So....I was sitting alone in my super dull room,sitting in my usual pose thinking about the kira case,when suddenly watari called,I picked up the call holding my phone with two fingers, watari said "A strange man claiming to be a detective says that he wants to talk to you" i licked my spoon and asked "how does he know our location" i said, watari replied "he says that he deduced it"...."interesting" I replied,I bit another piece of my cake....after a while of deep thoughts I replied to watari "send him in"
I thought I should give it a shot......if that man is smart enough to deduce my location which for the record the world is trying to....he could also possibly figure out more about me....he could have used different ways if he wanted to kill me...he sure had some important information or probably a deal
After a little while two guards brought a man with a long brown coat...deep eyes,messy hair and a satisfied smile, in the room i was sitting ....I put on a mask before he came;he came inside and said "so..the world class PI(private investigator)...I bet you have been busy"
I sipped my coffee and replied "and you have been smart..."
"I'd take that as a compliment" he said,"how did you find our location?" I asked....
With a calm smile he replied "it was easy...L was contacting kira through a worldwide channel broadcast...as the broadcast was airing on the free government channel....I figured that it was someone who is connected with the government....but then i was reminded that all the law officials and the cops abandoned the kira case a long time ago....now i was left with the facts that L has influence over the government channel....but L wasn't working with the law officials or police which concluded to the fact that L is beyond law...now if L is beyond law and he is investigating kira -and there's a high possibility L is the very city in which he suspects kira is......then he might need somewhere to work or to be accurate somewhere to hide...and it's well established that L is the greatest detective of them all which makes it obvious that L quite has a fortune by now....which means you can spend money on an well equipped headquarter sort of....it's obvious that you keep yourself updated about what's happening in the world also you sometimes hack into all the devices to send your message....and that requires a lot of internet....so i ran a complex algorithm on the net to find a place with most network activity.....and this place was it.....it wasn't not owned by the government neither by some popular businessman....perhaps it was owned by a private party and you were the only private party who could afford a whole building.....hence i am here" "you burnt a little too much calories there,so what you got?" I asked...he blinked twice or thrice maybe and said "my name is osamu dazai,You can call me dazai-san"
