Haruki Inn and Tea Shop
Iron Country
Itachi - 21
Sakura - 16

•••

A man sat in a tea shop, wearing a black cloak with red clouds and a straw hat. His face could not be seen and even though he looked mysterious, he didn't hold a dangerous aura to him. He sat there, next to a fire place, snow delicately falling outside. He silently ate his dango and sipped his tea.

A woman, in a white cloak steps into the Tea Shop, shaking the snow off of her. Her face could not be seen with a hood hiding it from view. Shivering slightly from the cold, the woman took the only other spot near the fireplace, at the same table as the cloaked man.

The Inn and Tea Shop was not one that got a lot of customers. It got just enough to stay open. It was out of the way of the normal passing by shinobi and the customers where usually rouge ninja. The place was on the outskirts of Iron County, deep in the Kouhei Forest.

The Inn and Tea Shop was a known neutral spot for all rouge ninja. It was made so by the owner, Haruki. No one ever disobeyed because they where to afraid of facing his wrath. The man was a kind and gently soul at heart but with the help of his pack of wolves he could take you down in seconds with out a second thought.

No one had ever seen Haruki in battle before but all could tell that the aging man was powerful. He was short and lanky but had a natural muscle to him. He had lighter almond skin, shoulder length black hair in dreads and one stunning green eye. His other - for a reason no one knew about  - was completely white and obviously blinded. His skin was covered in scars and his hands where covered with years of callas.

Even with all these intimidating and not so intimidating qualities, the man always approached his customers with a friendly smile. The man was extraordinary.

The two ninja, one cloaked in black and the other in white, ate silently, not bothering each other. The man in the black cloak was curious by the women sitting in front of him. Through her hood, he could faintly see a strip of pink hair and the man could not figure out who this women was. Most people who came through the shop - the man being a regular - where ninja you could find in the bingo book. Either, this women in front of him did not do something insanely dangerous to be in the bingo book or it was so recent that his year old bingo book was out of date. With that thought in mind, the man made sure to take note to buy a new bingo book.

When he was done with his tea and dango, he payed and left but the pink haired woman was still in his mind and he didn't know why. After traveling for a while, he decided to get a new bingo book. He had to collect a bounty for the Akatsuki, so why not kill two birds with one stone. He quickly dealt with the bounty and as he was getting the money for the bounty, he also bought a bingo book.

The mission taking a while, around a month, the man decides to visit the tea shop once again. It doesn't take to long to get there and he quickly enters, orders his normal food and sits down at the table he always sits down at. He takes the new bingo book out from his cloak and starts reading it.

For the most part, the book was the same. However, near the back was most likely the women in question. The picture was one of a girl - no older than 16 - with bright pink hair and electric green eyes.

In the information section it read;

Name: Haruno Sakura
Age: 16
Rank: A rank rouge ninja
Abilities: perfect chakra control, medical nin, super strength, incredible speed
Kekkei Genkai: Jade Release - can make any sort of weapons out of jade

In the picture she was wearing a red kimono like top with a brown sash obi. She had normal shinobi shorts and high ninja boots with red intricate red lining. Around her upper arm was a tan, almost pink band with a yellow string on it. If you looked close enough, you could tell that there was two brown beads on it. Itachi looked at this and was wondering if it had a hidden use or was just sentimental.

Her clothes where beaten down and dirty, they had rips all over them but no open wounds could be seen on her. Dirt was all over her and the splatter of blood, obviously not her blood. The picture was from the side and you could faintly see that her eyes where glowing bright green, the brightest Itachi had ever seen.

She had no head band and it made him want to know what village she was from. It was obvious she wasn't part of a village anymore and she must of done something decently bad to be labeled an A rank rouge ninja.

The most interesting thing about the image was the black markings across her body. He remembers seeing Tsunade-sama with that way back when he was really young, he also read about what it was. It was a Yin Seal, usually on the forehead and from what Itachi could tell, this Haruno Sakura had mastered the jutsu. Maybe this Haruno Sakura was a part of the leaf? Could she also possibly be Tsunade-sama's apprentice?

He was also quite interested by her Kekkei Genkai, he surprisingly had never heard of it before. For him not to know something was rare and not knowing this persons abilities interested him greatly and lit an emotion he hadn't felt in a long time. Curiosity.

It must of been by chance, density or karma, Itachi didn't know but as he was finishing up reading her bingo book entry, the one and only Haruno Sakura came walking through the front door of the tea shop. It shocked him greatly and said person walked towards him and sat at the table with him, just like last time.

The women must of been able to read his expressions and saw what the bingo book was open to. The women chuckled, took of her hood and a look of recognition was on her face, "Ah, you must be the one that I sat to last time I was here."

Itachi quickly put on a face of indifference and said, "I suppose so."

A delicate smile graced her lips and it made Itachi wonder how special someone like her could be. She probably had been to hell and back, killed hundreds while at it and still could come around and give people a smile. She silently and swiftly sat down across from him, the light smile still on her face and a slight mischievous look in her eye.

It's Sakura's birthday and I haven't posted in a while, so I wanted to post this. I've been on vacation and it's been a bit hectic. Still fun though. However, I've been sick for most of the week. Being on vacation and being sick is no fun.

I love vacationing and all but I'm staying in a big city and I miss my little town. I miss the quiet and being able to see the stars at night. I'm looking forward to the last few days of my vacation but I can't wait to get back home.

This chapter wasn't much but it's late and I'm tired. I apologize if it didn't have enough fluff in it. Anyways, thank you for reading.
