Starflight couldn't comprehend what was happening, which happens around once in a decade.

Fatespeaker was quietly whispering to herself that everything was going to be ok, and Starflight was going to protect her.

He had no idea how.Sure, Fate was always rambling on about how Starflight was super smart, super talented and super BRAVE. He had no idea what he did or who she talked to to put that thought into her head, but he did know that she loved him with all her heart and she never stops stalking her.

He turned to his love of his life, Sunny, who treats everyone as if they are her sisters and brothers, and could never suspect that Starflight could have even a speck of actual love for her, which he did, but instead of a speck, it was a whole galaxy's worth of love for her.

Glory was whispering to Deathbringer that HE shouldn't have been there. With her gone, the kingdom could be a pile of dust now that Nightwings were living in the rainforest. Although they had accepted Glory to be their queen, some were not as cooperative and had to be forced into the rainforest, choosing whether to be ruled by the dragonet they had been making fun of all these years, or dying a slow death involving hot lava.

Clay was whispering to himself that he hoped that there was food in this alternate universe, because if not, he might die. Peril hadn't said a thing, but you could tell by the look on her face that she was jeleous that Clay started to worry about food instead of her.

Tsunami and Riptide had said nothing, although Tsunami looked as if she saw the dead come back to life. Riptide seemed as if he was trying to impress Tsunami, by playing it cool, and Starflight wondered if he should tell Sunny that her favorite ship might become a OTP.

"Hey, Sunny," Starfight had said, in his whispering tone." Look at Ripnami."

She turned her gaze to the soon- to- be couple and she giggled until her side hurt.

" Hey, you too, in other schools you may not have this rule," said the teacher," but if you talk during class, you must have detention." She handed a yellow note to Sunny and Starflight reading:

THIS STUDENT DESERVES DETENTION FOR.....if not handed in, the student will have punishment of "Scratch."

Starflight was wondering what this " scratch" was, but he best decided that he shouldn't ask, afraid of getting another detention.

Tsunami must had seen his face, because she asked " What is scratch?"

The teachers face darkened saying," We don't know. The princible has been here for ten years and hasn't told anyone what the punishment is. The only thing we know is that they never come back. I lost my best friend to it, so I would recommend going to detention."

That speech send shivers down Starflight spine, and the teacher added, " Also, Tsunami, you also have detention for talking without your had being raised."

And with a ring of a bell, three of the five DOD got detention by the end of first period.
