" Spin the bottle." Starflight said, his voice shaking. He was scared to play, and he was wondering if he was going to get Sunny. He tried to put on a brave face, but it wasn't working.
"What?!" No way are we doing that!" Glory said, shaking her head. She had done some research on scavengers after she met Flower in the SandWing palace in a meeting with Thorn. The tiny creatures interested her a little, although she would never accept that.
"Spin the bottle?"Peril asked.
"A scavenger game we are NOT playing." Answered Glory.
"Why not?" Deathbringer asked, with a sly smile." It seems just like the type of game that will get all the worry off of everyone's minds.Plus, it comes with a bonus." He said with a smirk.
"Can someone tell us what this is, please?"Tsunami said, interested not only about the fact that they had to do it, but Riptide was looking at the ground instead of her face making her wonder if it was because the excitment of the game getting to him.
"Ugh. It's a game where we all form a circle and have a bottle in the middle. One person spins the bottle and it lands on another person. Then, they kiss."Glory answered, scolding herself for going along with the boys' plans. Their plans never were any good.
Tsunami looked disgusted, but also intrigued. Sunny, being her innocent self, had her eyes wide with fear, and same as Fatespeaker. Peril rolled her eyes and went along with it. Moonwatcher looked at the ground, knowing this would happen at some point. And, Kinkajou looked like she was about to bounce off the walls.
"MY OTP's!!!" She exclaimed, aspirated.
" Ok, how does someone win this game?" Peril asked.
"No one does, it's not a race, or whatever you are thinking. There are no winners or losers, just teenagers with more bacteria on their lips." Replied Glory." Which is why it is STUPID!"
"Which is why we are going to play it." Qibli said." Now, let's get into a circle and pucker up." Qibli said, looking over at Moon to see a smile. But there was none.
"Ok!" Kinkajou said, hyper on coffee.
With lots of struggling and commotion, everyone finally sat down.Yet, the boys didn't specify the bottle to be empty or full.
"I call it!" Said Kinkajou, once the Winter said the bottle had to be empty.
"NO!" Cried Glory. "Her bed is right next to mine, and I DO NOT want her to be up at 2am asking if I want to build a snowman. She's hyper enough already."
"I'll have it," quiet Turtle said, finally speaking." I mean, what harm can it do? ive never tried it, but why not?"
Tsuanami looked at him surprised." You've never had soda before? "
" Mom doesn't want us to have anything with caffeine."
" Great. The fort time you've ever had caffeine and its Moutain Dew. You are going to be VERY energized."
Turtle touched his lips to the green bottle, and his eyes grew wide. If felt like the bubbles sliding down his throat was water splashing on his scales. Oh, how he missed the water and the feel of it through his gills. Maybe he would never feel the same again......
"Ok....." Winter said." Are we going to get started on this game or what?" He said this imapatiently, but on the inside, he wanted to run out of the room.
"LETS DO THIS!" Turtle said, the caffeine kicking in. He was energized and giddy. He couldn't have been more unlike himself.
