Chapter 14

Crystals POV

Oh my goodness what the hell am I thinking? There's no way I'm telling her.

I want to run out of the room, and before I knew it, I was running faster than I have ever ran before and I went into the underground room outside. I closed the door and lied down on the bed. I wish I just made another lie or something, because honesty that girl will never understand that I have my own personal life too. I may be a little mean towards her, but she should go annoy somebody else.

I heard footsteps coming, please let it be Percy!

Thank goodness it was him, I rushed to hug him.

"Okay, I told Lily to leave you alone just to let you think. Don't worry I've got your back little sis" Percy said.

"Thank you so much, you know that this is a big deal for me, I could get captured, or hidden OR ANYTHING PERCY!" I yelled.

"I won't let anyone get their hands on you, I'll bash them till they fall to the ground!"

We both laughed at the idea.

"But seriously...Thank you, I honestly would have no idea what to do without you."

"All good, you can definitely trust me" Percy winked.

"What am I going to do tomorrow?" I asked.

"Well... Tell her that it not a big deal, and say it's personal stuff. Just remember to say it in a nice way, not a rude way"

"I guess that could work."

After this tiring long day, it was finally time to get in my warm bed. My head was filled with thoughts, negative and positive thoughts. Negative was that she can tell anyone, and positive can be that she will stop bugging me. I choose to not tell anyone. As Percy said, you cannot trust people these days.

~Next morning~

I literally rolled out of bed till I hit the ground with a loud thud.

"Crystal come one get up, don't forget you have school today!" Mum yelled.

No I cannot possibly forget I have school, because that is the only thing that is always on my mind.

And no, I don't mean that in a good way.

I had my breakfast, but a panda sweater, and denim jeans, and can't forget my converse.

I left the house and went into the car with Percy

"Remember what I told you to say, that it's personal stuff." Percy said.

"Yes, that should make her stop asking me questions."

"She is sure curious to know about your life... Have you ever asked about her life?" Percy asked.

"Why should I?" I asked.

"Don't forget that she has feelings too Crystal, you never know, her life could be hard."

"Ugh Percy! I'm not going to open up to her." I groaned.

"You could at least ask..." He replied.

"Percy we got more problems." I said.

Before he could answer, we arrived to school.

I saw Lily, but this time I walked to her.

"Hey, look I'm just here to tell you that my 'secret' it's personal stuff at home, you don't need to know every personal thing about my life, because I have my life and you have yours. I don't mean this in a rude way, just something you should know."

That was easy to say.

"Um, yeah I didn't think you thought of it that way, I just was really curious.. How on Earth did you turn into a Phoenix!? I need an explanation!" Lily said.

She looked at the ground with a sad look.

"Can we just be normal friends like usual, and not mention the secret...And ditch the popular girls. I miss old Lily." I smiled.

"Sure, but what am I going to tell Jazzy? She was the only one that was nice to me, other than the other girls" Lily asked.

"Go to them, and thank Jazzy, but as for Brittany and the others there's no need to give an explanation to those...I would describe them in every bad word there is!" I said.

"Haha okay, I'll tell them that I am done with their crap... Not jazzy though," Lily said as she went over to the girls.

Lily's POV

I walked over to Brittany and the others, I'm not scared of Brittany, she just treated me like I'm a speck of dust.

"Hey guys, just to let you know that I'm done hanging out with you, but thank you Jazzy, but as for the rest of you... Goodbye!" I yelled.

"Aw are you and Crystal friends again? That's so sweet, not! Haha do I really care about you, go get a life, you are not wanted here!" Brittany exclaimed.

I walked away, I am not about to put up a fight with that idiot.

"Lily wait!" Jazzy said as she came running up to me.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Are you really going to leave me with Brittany?!" She asked.

"Look, I'm sorry but I miss Crystal, you can hang out with us but I am definitely not hanging out with Brittany!"

"That's fine...I'll just go to the library I don't need friends!" She said as she walked off.

Oh my gosh! Why does all this stuff happen to me?! I walked over to Crystal, and sat on the ground with her.

"So... How did it go?" She asked.

"It was fine..." I lied.

It's definitely not fine at all!
