~TWO~
"Bye mom." I hug her tightly as I realise that it is finally time to go. Cassandra and Brody were my ride to school.
"I'm gonna miss you sweetie." My mom sobs and my dad gently puts his arm around her shoulders trying to calm her down.
"Mom it's just two weeks, trust me you and dad are going to be so happy once were all gone." I say.
"You know that's not true." She replies back immediately.
"Are your brothers riding with us?" Cassandra asks me.
"I guess so." I reply back. "Come on guys." I call them. They were both sitting on the front stairs on the porch with their duffel bags beside them.
"Boys, make sure you take care of your sister alright?" My dad tells my brothers.
"What about us?" Paul asks while frowning.
My dad chuckles. "You take care too."
"Bye Sugar." I kissed my little pup. I know Sugar isn't a very smart name but I like it.
"I hate to break this up but we really have to get going." Cassandra announces and I couldn't be more ready. I hugged and kissed both my parents one last time before we all got in Cassandra's car.
Brody was already waiting for us in the passenger seat so me and my brothers got in the back. Brody is the very strong silent type. He hardly talks to anyone not that he's a nerd because he's the complete opposite of that. He just likes to keep to himself, if anyone tries to talk to him, beware!
The car ride to school was silent. Mainly because we all didn't want to speak because Brody was in the car. I don't know why he is the way he is, I've even tried asking Cassandra but she just shrugs and says he's always this way.
Finally we arrived at school at exactly 7:21am and we saw that a lot of students and teachers were already outside in the carpark.
Cassandra parked in an available car space and we all jumped out with our duffel bags and walked towards the big busses and where the teachers were.
We immediately saw our friends and went to stand beside them. Mr. Pine, Mr. Holt and Mrs. Drew were all standing in front of the busses. There were three busses in total. In our year there's about three hundred students so I guess each bus seats one hundred students. There has to be one teacher on each bus. I'm hoping we get either Mr. Pine or Mr. Holt. I don't really like Mrs. Drew, I don't think she's the outdoorsy type and I want to make sure I have fun at this trip so I want to be with the best teachers.
Mr Pine was explaining what to do incase anyone got lost, and what to do if anyone gets hurt but hopefully those won't happen. He also began talking about always staying with a friend. Not to wander off into the woods alone. Blah blah blah, I just want to get on those busses and get going. It's already gonna take six hours to get their so I want to just skip this endless talking and get a move on.
"Ok, I'm going to call out the names of the students who will be riding in bus number one." Mr Pine explained.
He began reading other students names while me and my friends began chatting. Finally I heard us all being called and I was so happy that we were all in the same bus. I just hope we'll be in the same cabin too.
Mr Holt helped put all of our luggage in the bottom compartment of the bus. Once we boarded the almost full bus, we all rushed towards the back to get the best seats. Deirdre and Logan sat on the left side of the bus. Cassandra and Todd sat on the right side. I sat directly behind Cassandra and beside me sat Paul. Jacob and Brody sat behind Logan and Deirdre. Brody plugged his earphones into his phone and put his cap over his face while my brother Jacob looked at me with a confused look. I shrugged and turned my attention onto my phone. I texted mom and told her that were on the bus now just waiting for the teachers to load the other students.
