Shiznits.

When Valeriana first entered her class in Weapon's Art Q1. Why would the instructor, Sir Hajji Tarragon, dare say that Valeriana looked a lot like someone he knew--someone who's already dead?Who is that certain 'someone'?
A1. You guessed it. Its the late Queen Ayslia. Coincidence?
---
Q2. Can Valeriana be a royal? Or a relative to the crown? Or the reincarnation of the queen? Or a Noble? Because with that little information provided that she looks like the late queen, Im really paranoid haha.
A2. I do not know for sure if Val is a member of the Rosellevienne family. Yes, Valery bearing the face of the late queen might be the key, but it does not provide much evidence.
Its just that, a 'clue.' A puzzle piece to the whole picture.
Further down the story, it was revealed that Valeriana is a Noble. A distant relative? Maybe. The lost heir? Who knows.
Our lead is the fact that Janus (her father, as we all know) is the family knight of the Rosellevienne. If we take the possibility that Valeriana is a royal, why did she lived on Earth? And is Janus an affair of the late queen? Who the heck is Valery's real parents?
Holy shiznits my brain cells just died.
From that information one might say that it is not far that she is a descendant to the royal crown or she might be the Lost Heir.
I mean, its not far fetch. The attributes that are present in Valery's characteristics marks the possibility of her being the lost heir.
As long as the story continues to be caged, we shall persist to rattle it and reveal its secrets.
