Chapter 19

Hey guys 👋🏻 honestly I am so sad that I left you last time on a sad chapter, so I wanted this chapter to be a little brighter than the last so guess what IT IS TIME FOR SOME BIANCA AND NATHAN MOMENTS, and honestly I know that the story is a little dark and sad but I promise it will be brighter soon, and I also have another surprise for you that I have been working on and I am excited to announce soon!

Bianca's POV

It has been a week since I have seen the daylight outside this boring and cruel house, Stephan had been constantly abusing me mentally and sometime physically

My body is also still filled with bruises and it hurts, but I learnt to shove it up and shut up, I kept crying non-stop because I missed my home and also because this one week felt like a whole year

But the only good thing that happened to me was that I got an email saying that I was chosen for the job that I applied for (in the hideous chapter 1)

Today is the first day of my work, I wore something professional, a navy shirt with white details In the front and a striped navy pants and some black heels. I also added my Gucci belt trying to add some spice, more like letting people look at the belt instead of the ugly me

Some of my 'appropriate' clothes -in Stephan's opinion- was taken to his house, wide pants, wide shirts, and tall dresses that have no cuts and rips and hide all my body

Which I didn't mind because I was tired of trying to hide my black and blue body with a large amount of foundation

I usually don't really wear lots of makeup so I just added some concealer under my eyes and near the bruises areas, and I added a little pink lipgloss with some mascara

I headed to his car, so he can drop me off like he suggested, "where are you going with all of that a party?" He mocked me and drove away

I tried to hold back the tears, I was just so tired of all of this, I couldn't believe I wanted to marry him over Nathan

We finally arrived at the large company, I went to the front desk and I asked for some help, moments later a women came and instructed me to my office, which was across Nathan's office

The office was absolutely beautiful, and really well designed, their was a thin wall that cut between me and Nathan's Office. I settled down and went straight to Nathan's office to ask him about my work, and what he would prefer me to do first and all that assistant stuff

My dad has a large company, so I know about all of this very well. I bet you are asking why I didn't actually go and work there, well because I wanted to be independent and have nothing to do with my family's business

I knocked on Nathan's door and he mumbled a small 'come in' then I pushed the door open and walked in his huge office "Mr.Roi, I have been told by one of your employees that I should come here and you would assist me to my job" I said and his eyes travelled to my face directly into my eyes

"Yes, well the first thing you should do once you get here is get me my coffee, American coffee with a little bit of cinnamon and no milk, then you would start by answering my calls and scheduling my meetings and checking my emails, you can ask me or inform anything by the little intercom near your desk" he said all professionally while I take notes

I nodded my head and left, I then went to the coffee machines area and started to get his coffee ready the way he likes, i then felt a little nudge on my shoulders, I looked behind my shoulder to see a very familiar face, I have seen this man before, and then it clicked that is one of Nathan's friends his name was Scott or something

I smiled and put the coffee down, I also mumbled a small hello after he greeted me, we were engaged In a small talk, but I realized I was almost gonna be late to Nathan so I just told him I have to go and headed to Nathan's office

I wonder why he is here, I thought he was a fashion designer or something...

I got to Nathan's office and knocked on the door, and once he allowed me In, i opened the door and got in

I went to his desk and placed the cup of coffee a little far from his papers so it doesn't spill and ruin them

"Bianca" he said in a voice that I couldn't understand, I looked at him and blushed when I saw that his eyes were directly on my face, I then remembered my bruises and tried to hide my face with my hair

He stood up and cupped my cheeks with his hand, he was tall that he towered over me, he grabbed my head softly so he can make my eyes meet his "Look at me" he commanded, and I was a little scared but then I looked up at him

"Did he..." he asked In a concerned voice, and tears built in my eyes remembering the past week of my life, I sniffed back the tears and shook my head

"Lies! He abused you didn't he?" His voice was full of anger and I couldn't hold back anymore so I bursted into tears, Nathan hugged me close to his chest and mumbled some soft thing into my ear trying to calm me down, I got my shit back together and mumbled a sorry once I realized I was so close to him

My face was beating red, he suddenly out of no where kissed my temples while his thumb removed my tears "it will end soon I promise" he said

It made my heart flatter, if only Stephan would learn from Nathan

I then turned to leave his office, "by the way, this coffee tastes so good, thank you" He complemented and I just nodded my head scared to meet his beautiful grayish eyes

" oh and, if you would like to go back home and rest you could" he also added but I just nodded again and mumbled a small thank you

I went back to my office and started my work, I would never go back to that house when that monster is there

I worked and worked, I didn't have an appetite to eat so I just skipped lunch, I then decided it was time to leave, so I took my stuff and headed to the elevator, where I met Nathan there again, I mumbled a 'good evening sir' and he greeted back, I felt his gaze burning on me

Once the door opened he instructed me to go first, and when I was leaving the elevator I felt his hand on the small of my back, I looked up to him, he gave me a small smile and I returned it

I went outside and waited for Stephan for some time, but he didn't come, eventually Nathan offered me a ride but I refused feeling a little scared of what Stephan would do if he finds out

He didn't push me further, which I really appreciate, later after about an hour or so, I saw Stephan's car parked, I also have noticed that Nathan's car is still there, and it left once I went in the car

Little did he know that the danger is already sitting next to me...
