Chapter 25: together or not?

Annie's POV
I turned around and saw Austin hugging me
A- when did you get back into town?
As- yesterday
A- oh my god
I hugged him and he hugged back. I had so many thoughts going through my head. Why is he here? Did I eat lunch today?
A- why are you here Austin?
As- to see you
H- wait are you two a thing or something
We both just looked at each other and bursted our in laughter
H- what is so funny
A- Austin and I are friends we aren't together
As- yea we aren't together
H- oh cool ok

(N/A)
It is now lunch and everyone is sitting at the table in the cafeteria

Hayden's POV
We are all sitting at the table and they were was tension in the air.
A- I am thinking of having a party
H- like anyone would show up to that
A- what do you mean by that
H- they won't come to your party
A- so you saying people don't like me
H- no I am not saying that
A- well it sure sounds like that
H- Annie please—-
A- save it
She gets up and storms off
Ja- what the heck Hayden
J- you only fixed your friendship with her and you just blew it again
K- he doesn't need her anyways he has a girlfriend who is better than her
L- omg Kenzie get over yourself everything isn't always about you the world doesn't revolve around you
H- leave her alone Lauren
L- you don't tell me what to do you aren't the boss of me , I am going to see if my friend is ok.
Lauren gets up and goes the direction Annie went.
J- well done Hayden if you keep acting like her you will lose all the people who care about you

Annie's POV
I ran up to the roof top and started to stare over the city. After a couple of minutes I hear the door open. I didn't turn around cause I was to dockyard in my thoughts.
L- hey are you ok?
A- I will be fine , it's just seams every time we fix our friendship he takes two steps back or does or says something stupid. If he knew how I felt about him would things be different? Would he not be Kenzie? I just don't know what to do anymore.
L- he is the stupid one not to see what he is missing out on. He could have you and be happy!
A- thanks but I don't know what to do
L- I say you have your party
A- do you think mom would let me have a party in the house?
L- yea she will
A- ok cool you can help me plan it
The bell ring for last class to be finished and me and Lauren met up at the front door and walked home.
L- so came up with any themes?
A- I do have one in mind?
L- ooo what is it?
A- mascaraed
L- omg yes that sounds so cool and we all have to go in fancy dress
A- yesss
L- ok so let's go home and make the invites
A- and then start looking for ideas to wear
L- and you have to be the best looking one there
A- no I don't want to be in the spotlight
L- come on it will be fun
A- fineee
