- these updates probably won't have subtitles like the other book did because it was difficult to think of a clever one every single time.

Sam's POV

The star sparkled in the night sky. I stare up at them, a small smile on my face. My head laid on Colby's shoulder and my legs dangle off the side of the branch. My heart was beating so fast but I was calm- it always did this when I'm with the brunette, I'm still trying to figure out why.

I tilt my head slightly so that I can see Colby's face. His eyes glimmer in the light, simply gorgeous. After a few minutes, he notices me staring.

"Hiya Sammy." Colby smiles while looking into my eyes.
"H-hii." I peck his lips with mine and then move my eyes back to the sky.

"You're so pretty." I hear him whisper. My face heats up as I look at him again.
"Th-thank you, Colby."

He stares longingly into my eyes and my heart started pounding in my chest.

Third person POV

Colby watched the reflections in the other's eyes, they completely captured him. He felt his heart flutter in his chest and his breath hitch slightly.

The blonde's eyes twinkled, the light blush on his cheeks brought the colour out of them more. The brunette loved Sam's eyes.

Sam was the definition of perfect to Colby, everything he was and everything he did.

"Hey, guys! You ready?" Elton asked as he poked his head out of the tree. Both of the boys jumped from surprise but nodded anyway.

"C'mon then." The raven-haired man exclaimed as he backed down the ladder.

"Let's go, Sammy!" The taller said while holding his hand in front of the younger's face. He took it and smiled up at the other.

Sam was so excited, he couldn't wait for what might happen next.
