So while we continued our own private conversation, our friend from the group chat began messaging us both privately. Asking if the flirting was a joke or if we were really flirting. And to be honest, I didn't know what to say at first. Yes the flirting started out as a joke, but then we started talking. We started to get to know each other, and we started falling for each other harder than either of us thought possible. So as our friend continued to kind of push us to talking about how we feel for each other, we both tried hiding it. I tried to not fuck things up, we were so good where we were but I didn't want her thinking it was too fast too soon and ruin things. But that night, it was that night that kick started our story. Getting to know someone on a level that was more than just friends but not girlfriend status...yet. Trying not to say something possibly offensive but not being able to stop talking. Flash-forward to August 19, 2018. Her asking me to be her girlfriend. I said I love you first, before her asking. So which was the bigger step? Well that's up to you to decide. Not long after expressing these thoughts and feelings did we start calling and soon after that facetiming. Daily. At first it was a few hours at night before we would both go to sleep, then it was never hanging up. Now it's an all day, every day we can kinda call. I love it. Some people think it's crazy or too extreme. But people do crazy things for love, right?
